Labat Grange is an old stone barn which was fully renovated in 2005. The renovation was carefully completed to ensure that original features such as oak beams, traditionally tiled floors and beautiful white stone walls were preserved whilst at the same time creating an extremely comfortable and family friendly place for a holiday. The property sleeps 8/10 people, (adults or older children and 2 babies) in comfort. All four bedrooms are en-suite, a big bonus according to our previous guests. The property is set in 5 acres of beautiful countryside which guests are free to explore. The house does have its own completely private gardens and the pool is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in a beautiful house. The owners were warm and approachable. The photos don't do justice to the place as it's absolutely gorgeous and very roomy.

Summary: In over 25 years of yearly rentals in France, first time I experienced ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. Very rare. Great friendly hosts. Comfortable beds, workable kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great pool and grounds. Walking area from house. Merci beaucoup, Clive and Sarah.

Summary: Stayed 7 nights june 2023. Sarah & Clive were extremely helpful & welcoming on arrival. Beautiful property exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of sun loungers & also some lovely shaded spots in garden to relax. Beautiful outdoor bar b q area with large dining table for communal family meals. Really pretty at night with overhead spot lighting. Car needed as property outside local village . Just 5/10 mins drive to village for supermarket & 20 mins to Agen where there are greater selection of shops. Highly recommend this property for relaxing family break. simply beautiful surroundings amidst french countryside . Missing the pool already.

Summary: We had a brilliant week here, and hardly left the house as it was such a lovely place to be. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The pool is the highlight with lots of comfy sunloungers and very private. It would be quite deep for younger children - I am 5’6 and could only just stand up. We also made good use of the ping pong arena. There are some great trails for running and walking and Pont du Casse is a 5 min drive/ 30 minute walk away with a boulangerie and supermarket selling most things. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: If you’re lucky enough to have chanced upon this property, have no hesitation in booking it. It has been the perfect base for our family of 4 with a stunning pool, spacious accommodation, sanglier-filled countryside, and medieval markets close by. Both private and comfortable.

Summary: We came here with family to attend a wedding so we decided to have a holiday too. The house is really comfortable, living room, kitchen and dining areas are more spacious than the photos suggest. It has everything you need and every bedroom having an en suite is a big bonus. The terrace area with a gas bbq and the pool are both lovely - we spent most of our time by the pool and ate all our meals outside on the terrace. There are some lovely towns to visit, like Pujols and Beauville, and the Sunday market in Ajen was fun, but mostly we just relaxed by the pool and did lots of eating and drinking, apart from the day we spent at the wedding. The local village isn’t pretty but it’s really handy with everything you could need just a few minutes away. Sarah and Clive are very kind and obviously look after the place really well - they’ll leave you completely alone but they’ll help with anything if you ask for it - we couldn’t find bbq skewers in the local supermarket so they gave us a set. Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: We had a good week staying in Labat Grange. Clive and Sarah were very welcoming and helpful. They live next door to the property and are around to help if you need them but not intrusive. The property is very secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs however you only have to walk or cycle a short distance to get to lovely views over the countryside. It was great having all en-suite bedrooms.
