3 Bedroom Cottage in Haslemere
The Orchard is a beautiful, very well equipped, 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of the South Downs with spectacular views. Ideally situated with a host of stunning walks from the doorstep, yet close to the pretty town of Haslemere and conveniently placed for Cowdray Polo, Goodwood & the Witterings. The property has its own pretty garden, seated terrace area & bbq. A tennis court and heated swimming pool are available for use by separate request. Long term lettings are available.
THE SPACE
The property has its' own private parking area and is approached by a gravel path winding through a pretty orchard garden leading up to the Cottage. Tucked away with its own front door the Cottage is on the edge of our garden and driveway. The orchard garden has a sunny terraced area fitted with new comfortable garden furniture to be enjoyed with over a morning coffee or evening drink. There is also a Weber BBQ for al fresco meals.
Inside the Cottage is designed upside down so the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & utility cupboard (with washing machine/hoover etc), are located on the ground floor. The open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, are on the first floor, with windows spanning the entire length so that the far reaching views can be fully enjoyed.
The entire Cottage has been newly renovated and the kitchen has granite surfaces and all the mod cons you could wish for including oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and nespresso maker. The kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar and stools, ideal for working from home, or just reading papers.
The Living Area has been designed in a boutique style with a range of luxurious upholsteries & cushions and is a lovely space to relax and unwind. Board games are included and the Satelitte TV is equipped with Netflix etc. Wifi is available throughout the property.
The 3 bedrooms are all spacious with luxurious bedlinen, towels, chest of drawers, new carpet and fully lined and interlined curtains. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2's pair of singles can be joined and the mattress zipped together producing a very comfortable super king size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The bathroom and shower room are also newly fitted. The main property has a tennis court which you are very welcome to use on request.
We are happy to welcome well behaved pets on request.
GUEST ACCESS
The cottage is approached through solid wooden electric gates and has its own parking space.
Additional to the Cottage, guests will be able to access their own seated terrace area, garden with BBQ and orchard. There is a tennis court, available for use all year round on request.
We also have a lovely new swimming pool which is heated & open from June to the beginning September and for which we are very happy for you to use during weekdays on request in the school term time, and for various weeks during the summer holidays when we are away. This is a courtesy that we offer & we will always do our best to be very flexible as are delighted to see it used & enjoyed, however, it is in our private garden and is not a private pool for the cottage.
