A 1,300 SF of living space boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 NEWLY renovated bathrooms with central air to keep you cool in summer and central heating for those cozy winter nights. Enjoy the privacy of this 1.5 acre lot while remaining in proximity to the town of Huntsville and all its amenities.
Arrive by the private roadway, maintained year-round, to the peaceful backdrop of the woodland surrounding this northern oasis. Stepping inside, you are welcomed by fine finishes, cathedral ceilings and traditional hardwood and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Master culinary creations in the beautifully updated kitchen. Expansive granite counter tops ease meal preparations while honey-toned cabinetry provides ample storage space. Guests can enjoy appetizers at the breakfast bar while indulging in conversation.
Included in the rental are a canoe, kayak, three paddle boards / SUP, outdoor games, basketball net, trampoline and lots more!
