Summary: This is truly an exceptional place to stay. The house is very comfortable and quiet and the property is beautiful. Close to Butchart Gardens and about 20 minutes to downtown Victoria.

Summary: Everything was wonderful! We six adult lady cousins loved the property. Great location to get to everything while enjoying the country setting. Only negative was a slow response when we had a plugged toilet in one of the two bathrooms, so six of us using one toilet. Would stay again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful property. You have done a wonderful job with renovation of your guesthouse. Extremely welcoming and very well equipped. Our friend has a disability and home was very accessible. We apologize for leaving our lunch in your fridge and snacks in one of the drawers. Realized after we had departed. If you prefer that guests leave no food or beverage behind, maybe include in your notes. We enjoyed beautiful Victoria, including The Terry Fox Monument at Mile 0 (we are life time participants and organized an event in our community for 30+ years) Butchart Gardens, drive through downtown, Visits to your local fish and meat markets. Overall your home was a great place to relax after two weeks away from home. Thank you so much for your hospitality Sandy, Richard, Bernard and Kay We won't hesitate to recommend to any friends who are travelling in the area.

Summary: There were six of us friends who stayed for four nights. Everything was really nice but there were a few things that should be mentioned. This is a perfect location as a home base for trips into Victoria or Sidney. Very close to everything. We did notice that the espresso machine does not work. We noticed an odour in the home which we’re not sure if it was stale air or what, but it had to be aired out daily. The drawers were full of dust and unfortunately, a few of the items that were laid inside were covered in it. All in all it was a great stay!

Summary: Our family of 7 travelled with our baby and enjoyed a pleasant spring holiday at this country guesthouse. Host was welcoming and accommodating to baby needs throughout the stay. Kitchen amenities were great for daily meals and everyone enjoyed a great stay here on the Island.
