4 Bedroom House in Chaska

Quintana farm offers a unique, quiet, equestrian farm atmosphere just 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis! Quintana farm has an excellent close to Minneapolis location, is just 20 minutes from the MSP International Airport, 10 minutes from Paisley Park and 25 minutes to Vikings Stadium! There is a Target, Home Depot, Caribou, Starbucks, Walgreens, several grocery stores and lots of other fantastic food options within a 10 mile radius.
The home is a newly remodeled split level with four bedrooms, two new bathrooms, TV/amusement room, two living areas, a formal dining room, large kitchen and spectacular views from both the upper living room and four season porch! With a large attached double garage and excellent additional parking, we can accommodate all sorts of gatherings (pre-approval required if gathering is larger than 8 people).
If you wish, you can stretch your legs on approximately two miles of onsite walking trails and enjoy the variety of birds and other wildlife who call the farm their home. We raise Thoroughbred horses and there's always deer, pheasants, ducks, geese, mink, beavers, raccoons and other typical Minnesota wildlife to experience!
Chaska, a short five minute drive away, offers many attractions. A brand new swimming complex, state of the art curling center, antique shops and a fantastic variety of restaurants. Chaska is a picturesque midwestern community that combines history with modern amenities.

Summary: Was visiting the area for a family function. This was a short drive for us from where the daily festivities were held. Nice quiet area. House was clean for the most part. I'm kind of a neat freak so tend to see things others may not. We had a nice stay and would rent again.

Summary: Communication was sketchy. We couldn’t get in and had to wait over an hour to hear from owner. Also, suggest leaving notes on Wi-Fi password, places to eat, what to do on check out, etc.;

Summary: The rural farm house worked perfectly for our grown family of 10 (kids and their spouses plus grandchildren). Comfortable and spacious home for two events (Lola run in Waconia and a bridal shower on site) over a weekend stay. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Celebrated a couple birthdays with 7 gals. We had plenty of space & enjoyed our time here. A couple of us went walking around through the field of which we also enjoyed. We basically only were there for breakfast & sleeping as we had shows that we attended. Communication was great & everything was sufficient for us!! No horses were there when we stayed but they clearly board horses. We enjoyed our time & appreciated getting in early to decorate a bit. Thanks so much!!

Summary: This property on an old farm was beautiful! The drive from there to Valley Fair was easy and relaxing, something we appreciated after a big day!!

Summary: The location is in the middle of farmlands with beautiful views and sunrises/sunsets. There weren’t many amenities, like shampoo, conditioner or soap. I was also expecting a hair dryer based on the listing and there wasn’t one. Plenty of towels and plenty of space for the family.

Summary: Lots of room, everything as advertised. Smelled clean when we walked in. Just a couple ants/spiders which should be expected at a country home. It was nice to have a garage/garage door opener. Beautiful surroundings.
