Summary: A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! This place is so great looking from the outside we had people stop to ask if it was a public park or a restaurant! Endless fun outdoors, stone steps leading to the babbling brook with mini waterfalls is not done justice from the pics… this is where we spent a great deal of time! Bring your beach chairs & oversize floats for endless lounging. Charcoal grills with lump coal was great but we did forget once or twice the lead time so ended cooking on the stove. There is not a gas grill or griddle. Kitchen is stocked with over abundance of cups, plates & silverware, pots & pans and serving dishes…tons of linens too! No Keurig but courtesy coffee was provided. No air fryer but a multifunction toaster oven fit the bill. The futons are exceptionally comfortable both for couches & sleeping. The house has character in mildly squeaky doors, a finicky dishwasher & no screens in the windows but don’t let that steer you away! I have had multiple friends ask for the listing just looking at the outside pics. Highly recommend stopping at the Dixie restaurant on fri or sat for local bands & good food… get there early as the homemade pies sell out quick! We felt safe & comfortable in this home and had a great time. This is a dry town but TN is only 5 miles away for beer or spirits. I would highly recommend & would choose to stay here again.

Summary: We had a fanatic time! The property is huge and lots of things to do. We played in the creek, fished as well, caught some small trout and blue gill. Viewed the family of bats living in the nearby bridge. The teatherball, swings and pool table were favorites. Lots of fridge space to keep all the drinks and food. The fire pit was fantastic, plenty of seating for everyone. There are two grills, we only used one. Loved the back porch and resting area outside. Plenty of space in the house as well, so we could watch tv together or have our quiet time alone. Great memories made, the weather didn't cooperate well, but we still had a great time relaxing here.

Summary: The snow had just fallen and made the scenery even more beautiful. We are unsure that we would be able to enjoy all of the outdoor activities with the snow and low temperatures, but everything was perfect! We played pool, made s’mores in the campfire, grilled dinners, watched the games on the outdoor tvs, played cornhole, air hockey, and enjoyed the swings and hammocks. We brought our disc golf basket and discs and had plenty of room to play that as well. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on going again!!! There was something for everyone and we would highly recommend staying at Mike’s oasis. It was perfect!!!

Summary: To say this place was amazing feels a bit of an understatement! It is absolutely PERFECT. All kinds of activities for all ages. We stayed October 6-10, 2022 - with never a dull moment! The place is also an outdoor grill/cook's dream! Everything you could think of was right there. My husband is already looking at our back yard to see how he can duplicate this place! Michael (the owner) was great to work with...always replying quickly to any questions we had. I could go on and on - but to say it plainly, without being to wordy - This place will NOT DISAPPOINT! Thank you Michael!

Summary: This place was just perfect! We loved all of the options for entertainment. The pool table was almost as big of a hit as the creek. This location is ideal for a group. We had 10 people stay comfortably with everything we needed. It is just a short drive to Dale Hollow lake, which is beautiful! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and handled everything we needed promptly. We can't wait to book again!

Summary: Property was perfect for our 2 families. Adults and teens. Lots of activities to keep everyone occupied. Loved the screened porch and the extra covered patio. Huge!! Great for the very hot week we had. Especially for our 2 dogs. We would definitely recommend to families that love the outdoors and have dogs. Owner communication was great! Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This was a fantastic property! We had a great time! Such an excellent set up! Plenty of parking for our 4 boats, trucks, and trailers. We loved the Bar area with pool table, corn hole, and the amazing fire pit! And yes the adults all used the swing set as well! An amazing place to hang out with friends before and after the lake!
