This is the place!!! View!! View!! View!! Awaits You!! Five Star Quality! Seven Bays Marina at Lake Roosevelt
3 Bedrooms/ 3 Bath- (bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bathroom/shower, TV, DVD) (bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bathroom with tub) (bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds) also: Queen Pull down Trundle in family room! Main bath in central hallway!!
2 Trailer Hook ups available (extra fee for each- contact owners $35 per night per hook up)
Large Granite Kitchen is fully equipped and offers 2 Full Size Fridges and 2 Dishwashers for large or small groups!!! Big open floor plan!! (Large table and 4 barstools and a sitting area) All you need is Food and Drinks!
Large laundry room with front load washer and dryer
Family room: TV, DVD (bring your favorite movies, some provided), board games, darts and a full size pool table!
Outdoors front and back patio (back with built in fire pit, when burning is allowed)
Outdoor Speaker System that bothers no one!! since it’s on 2 private acres and no close neighbors!!
BBQ available…… propane not provided (bring standard tank if you want to use it) Winter Months if you would like a BBQ please request ahead of time as we put it in storage but we are happy to have it available if you plan to BBQ during your winter stay!! don't forget to bring propane!!

Enjoy the lake, Sandy beaches, boating (seven bays marina below requires state park pass to launch and has a small store/gas) Hiking, Two Casino/Restaurant, Winery nearby that serves dinner on Friday nights, Fort Spokane, Nice Public Sandy Beach 5 miles between Fort Spokane and Casino,
Spokane shopping/Airport( approx. one hour away) or just some good old R/R !!
Lots of nature/wildlife deer, birds........
ALL GARBAGE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN YOU DEPART, no garbage service)
No Smoking
No Pets (OWNER IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC)

Summary: This was our fifth or sixth time staying at this home. It is such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The view is outstanding and the house provides a level of comfort that is beyond any property that we have rented elsewhere. The layout of the house is great for gathering as a group, but also has the flexibility for finding quiet spaces. The kitchen is outfitted with just about anything you could possibly need. The outdoor spaces are excellent. Sitting on the deck in the evening watching the sunset is breathtaking. I don't think that you could find a nicer home in Seven Bays!

Summary: This is such an amazing home that is fully stocked with everything that you need for the perfect get away. Open kitchen with a huge area for dining and a cozy place to gather with friends by the fireplace. The game room if where we spent most of our time. Pool table, dart board, great TV set up, speakers throughout the home for setting the right mood with music. Comfortable beds. Plenty of guest parking. We were there in November so we spent most of the days inside. Walking out from the hallway in the morning you get the sunshine and a perfect view of the waters of Lake Roosevelt. This was a truly peaceful experience. The perfect spot in Seven Bays. Terri is an excellent host. Great communication. We felt welcomed!
