Walking distance to stage coach. Beautiful newer home located in gated Indian Palms Country Club. 27 hole golf course, tennis courts, the tennis courts will not be available during the month of March. State of the art fitness center, restaurant and so much more. Home comes with all the amenities and meticulously maintained .Two bedroom, one king and one queen, and a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a cable tv. Kitchen has walk in pantry, granite counters and gas fireplace. House is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable. Beautiful backyard with salt water pool. Three fire pits and many outdoor seating areas. The garage and master closet are not available. There is an armoire closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers in the master bedroom. Please park in driveway. no over night parking on the street. This home has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase. No smoking in home. No raging parties. There’s a gentleman that lives in the guest house. He’s the caretaker and handles everything . If there are any problems he’s there to help! ***POOL HEATING*** available October through May. We now need to charge $50 to heat the pool per day up to eight hours. Waiver of liability for Pool. You are responsible for your safety of you, your children and your guest. Use of pool is completely at your own risk! You agree to hold owners harmless and waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents of claims arising from the use of our pool violation of any rules may result in charges to the security deposit.

Summary: We have stayed here multiple times. Such a lovely and welcoming home. And Bob, the caretaker, is a treasure. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Convenient to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and BNP Paribas tennis tournament which we attend. Not our first stay here and we plan on returning again next year.

Summary: THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS HOME IS GIVING IT A 10 STAR DISTINCTION, KELLY WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, HER VISION AND DECOR FOR THIS HOME WAS IMMACULATE. WE STAYED OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS AND HER CHRISTMAS DECOR WAS STUNNING. WHEN IT SAYS ALL YOU NEED IS YOURSELF AND YOUR LUGGAGE IT’S NOT A LIE, THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF THE ONLY THING MISSING WAS A STOCKED FRIGDE. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN, TOWELS PROVIDED FOR THE POOL AND FOR BATHING WITH SOAPS, SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS, LOTIONS AND SUNSCREEN. THE MASTER BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CLOUDS AND THE REST OF THE HOME WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BACK YARD EVEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF STARTING FROM LOUNGING CHAIRS, 2 WICKER PATIO SETS ALONG WITH A BAR STYLE DINNING TABLE WHICH INCLUDED A MIDDLE FIRE TABLE AND 2 OTHER FIRE TABLES FOR THE PATIO SETS. OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THE BEAUTIFUL POOL. RIGHT FROM ARRIVAL, BOB THE CARETAKER MADE US FEEL WELCOMED AND AT HOME, HE WAS ALWAYS QUICK WITH ANYTHING WE EVER NEEDED OR QUESTIONS WE HAD. Summary: We had a great experience at this house. It was very close to stagecoach! We would definitely stay here again! It had every thing you needed and was fully stocked. The house manager was on property and was extremely helpful with everything we needed!

Summary: This was our second stay at this property. It is a quaint, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood, and easily accessible to the Coachella grounds. The backyard is full of plants and flowers to enhance a relaxing day next to the pool. Great communication with the caretaker before and during our trip. Comfortable beds, living room, and anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We had another great stay and would definitely return.

Summary: This place is amazing. Fully stocked, better than my own home. The caretaker Bob is the kindest man. The beds are so comfortable and the backyard is an amazing oasis. Hit the jackpot finding this place. Enjoy!!

Summary: Kelly and Bob were wonderful and welcoming hosts who were easy to access and covered everything we needed. The home was beautifully appointed with a designer touch - the pictures don't do it justice. The outdoor area was well equipped with lots of seating options and a couple of nice water features to diminish any traffic noise. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and we were never in need of any items that are often overlooked in vacation homes. The welcome basket was a nice touch and we are already booked in for a return visit and another relaxing vacation next year, so that should say it all!

Summary: My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in Indio. Kelly was very kind and had great communication. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and basic cooking essentials. We really appreciated the kind note, the wine, the fruit and the cupcakes. Bob, the property manager helped us to settle in and showed us how everything worked. We will definitely come again!!!
