Inside, you'll be swept away by the living room's high, coffered ceilings and its attractive gas fireplace, floors, and furniture. After a day on the river, you can spread out to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef will need to prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. Use the center prep island, stainless steel appliances, and cabinet storage to put on a showstopper then serve up your dinner guests at the handsome dining table while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar stools. After dinner, the dishwasher will quietly take care of all the cleanup while you take a few glasses of wine out to the private deck furnished with a gas grill and lots of Adirondack seating. If you don't feel like cooking, you can always enjoy waterfront dining at the restaurant at the marina.
The kids will love romping around the yard with the family dogs and you can always challenge them to a match at the shared pickleball and basketball courts. You'll have private beach access to enjoy while you're here, so be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen. Inside for the day? Summary: We stayed in this home with another family and it was perfect. There was plenty of room and the home had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, blankets, soap, etc. The kids loved the little beach swimming area. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: There are repairs needed and information updated to accurately reflect amenities. Heating was not balanced so that master bedroom and bath were cold. Problems with broken stove, missing cooking equipment claimed to be available, internet connection did not work. Restaurant claimed to be on location closed for Season. Lack of countertop electric outlets made use of more than one electric appliance difficult. Thankfully we did bring some or our own hand appliances but could only use one at a time and could not use any around the stove top as there were no electrical outlets. So, if you wanted to whip potatoes, or puree anything in a soup, it could not be done at the stovetop. So, not truly a fully equipped kitchen!!!

Summary: This property is beautiful and tastefully furnished. If you are a coffee drinker, bring your own supplies that was the only downside of the kitchen. And if you're looking for fast Wi-Fi you will not find it here. The HughesNet service can barely keep up with television and streaming anything became very frustrating. On the plus side, the house sits in a development of very beautiful houses right along the Priest River. It is extremely quiet and peaceful. A great place to unplug and unwind. Looks just like the pictures. And there was plenty of room to park my 16-ft travel trailer.

Summary: The home is nice, new, well furnished and we did enjoy our stay. The internet is extremely slow and there is no live TV. No garage door opener provided, so you have to get out in the snow (and on ice covered driveway) to go into the house to open the garage. Cleaning fee charged at booking yet we were asked to run dishwasher when leaving, start load of towels before leaving (no detergent provided) and to strip all beds and leave linens in the bathtub? The master closet was locked so we had to hang clothes in guest room on the other side of the house.

Summary: Really cozy new home in a private setting. Well stocked with thoughtful touches, including holiday decorations for our Xmas stay. No live TV and streaming was patchy at times due to slower internet. Not an issue for us, but might be for a sports fan. Would stay again!
