Summary: Spending four weeks away each summer is something my family and I cherish deeply, and this summer, we found the perfect spot in the Pyrenees. The house we rented quickly became our home. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, it offered everything we needed to create unforgettable memories. The twisty roads were perfect for motorcycle rides, the mountains called us for hikes, and we enjoyed boating with our son and quality time with our daughter. The house exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than the photos! Every corner was well-equipped for both comfort and remote work, with fast, reliable internet. A charming bakery and a combined bookstore-bistro are within walking distance, and Argelès-Gazost’s facilities are just a short drive away. One of the most remarkable aspects was how warmly we were welcomed into the local community. The owner’s parents, who manage the property, were incredibly kind and attentive. The owner’s mother went above and beyond, making us feel like she was part of our family. We only get one chance each year for an adventure like this, and I’d happily repeat the experience next year. This place is nothing short of heavenly, and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Summary: We feel privileged to have stayed in this beautiful house. One small problem is that vrbo lists the address as number 1 but it is number 2 across the street leading to some confusion. Highly rrcommended

Summary: Ideal for a group of friends or multiple couples or families. With three upstairs bedrooms a simple but fully fitted kitchen, outdoor seating area with a view, nice indoor living area and a garage for storing bikes or other, this is a great place. The owner is very friendly ad makes you feel right at home. It also feels like home because there is everything you would have at home. Bakery is 200 meters away and supermarkets are in Argelés (3.5km down the hill). For the cycling, this is part way up the Soulor, towards Col d'Aubisque and there are many great climbing opportunities right at thee front door. I would certainly recommend,
