This beautiful pool house has been completely remodeled and updated with all the latest amenities. You will enjoy sitting pool side or lounging on the screened patio with the kids. Brand new beds and bedding in both bedrooms and 3 new 4k Ultra HD TVs located throughout the house. Located 1 mile from both Wallmart and Publix grocery stores. Easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike.
The house is idealy set up for families of all sizes. With a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa and an air mattress, the house can comfortably sleep as many as 6 people.
Razor escooters are available. The rental fee is $20.00 per day, per scooter. We have adult sizes and kids sizes. Escooters are subject to availability. It's best if you reserve the scooters prior to your arrival to ensure they will be available for your stay.

Summary: My husband and I picked this house because of its amenities and because it was close to family we were visiting. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to bring pool towels. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the pool and the screened in lanai. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Jonathan was a great host, made check-in easy, and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Summary: The host got back with us in a very timely manner and let us change our dates after we realized we had double booked ourselves. The property was clean and matched the pictures pretty well .The house was located in a nice neighborhood,and was close to the ocean which was a blast .The pool was nice it it ended up being too cold to really enjoy it being Jan when we went .Overall it was a good stay .

Summary: This house was a very cute little place for us to stay while visiting family in PSL. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. There were plenty of household essentials that we didn't need to purchase anything, besides our food and drink. For our large family, the amount of towels was a bit low, especially with the pool, but having a washing machine and dryer accessible made that not a huge problem. Other linens were in plentiful supply. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Summary: I stayed here with two friends and their 11 year old son, as well as our 3 dogs. We loved it! Jonathan stayed in contact with us from the time we booked until our check in and made things very easy. We had an issue on the day we checked in and he immediately came over and fixed it. We had no other issues the rest of our stay, but I have no doubt he would've fixed them if we had. We loved the pool and fenced in yard. The house was well stocked with just about anything you'd need. The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and groceries, and not too far from the beaches. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are ever in the area again!

Summary: We loved the pool and the privacy while in the pool. The house is very nice and is very close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I did have an issue getting Netflix in the master bedroom but other than that the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host seems very accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here again if we are in the area.
