It is conveniently located in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, on a quiet, safe block, just 5 blocks from the Barclay Center and 11 subway lines. Located just off Park Slope's vibrant 5th Avenue retail and dining corridor, this house that sleeps 11, offers a quiet oasis in one of New York's best neighborhoods.
On the top floor, is a master bedroom suite with a 12'x14' private lounge that contains an ornamental fireplace, a queen sleeper with a 5-inch deluxe mattress, along with a 3" mattress luxury gel topper for added comfort, a 13'x14' master bedroom with 11' ceiling and an ornamental fireplace, a luxurious queen size mattress, and a writing desk, a very comfortable chaise that converts into a small suitable for children, and a bathroom with a 10' ceiling and an air-jet, deep, extra-long bathtub.
On the parlor floor, there is an art gallery, 22' x 13", that contains an ornamental fireplace, a queen sleeper with a 5" deluxe mattress, a sitting area, and a private, spacious bedroom, 12'x14', with an ornamental fireplace, a firm queen size bed, bookcase, writing desk and another comfortable chaise that converts into a small bed suitable for children.
On the garden floor, there is a spacious open-concept gourmet kitchen, 12'x30' with high-end appliances, marble floor, custom cabinets, dining area with an ornamental fireplace, a separate lounge, 13'x15', and well shaded outdoor space. The lounge contains a twin size day bed and a queen size sleeper, that also has a 3" luxury gel mattress topper for added comfort.
All exotic hardwood floors and staircases, marble bathrooms, Pella triple-pane windows, fully renovated. Plenty of fresh towels & linens are provided for your stay.
Area Points of Interest: Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Barclay Center, Grand Army Plaza, the Central Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Zoo, Prospect Park, BRIC Art, etc. We now have 2 Whole Foods Supermarkets nearby, along with an Apple Store.
2 Day minimum for all bookings. Maximum stay is 14 days. Anything less or more will be considered on a case by case basis.
A stroller, a high chair, 2 Pack-N-Plays, a walker, some books and toys for toddlers are available upon request.
We have a Mr. Coffee maker, a Keurig Coffeemaker (please bring your own coffee pods) and a Ninja blender for smoothies.

Summary: My family of adult children and partners gathered together at this home for three nights over Covid. The house is set up nicely with everything you could want. The property owner goes above and beyond to be helpful. The beds were all very comfortable, from mattresses, linens and pillows. Bathroom set up great with nice towels, always appreciated! Kitchen has a great supply of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc. nice 6 burner stove with wide oven which was great for all the cooking we did. Parking is easily available on the street or adjacent street; never a problem. Easy walk to Prospect park or shops along 5th or 7th Streets. Grocery right at the corner which was very convenient. It was a nice stay and we felt right at home. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: My family and I travel to Brooklyn for a family wedding. We were fortunate to stay at Miriam‘s brownstone in Park slope. The check in process could not have been easier. The property is beautiful, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very convenient to the subway and too many excellent restaurants and coffee shops. If we travel to Brooklyn again, we will definitely stay here. Plus, Miriam could not have been a better host.

Summary: Everything about Miriam’s home was perfect! It was like we were staying with family. We had everything we needed in the home, and the decorated Christmas was a lovely bonus. Exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan was easy and convenient. A supermarket is right around the corner. Great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are within a short walk. The home is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Summary: My first impression upon entering was that I had come home instead of the usual feeling that you get of being in someplace strange. Over the course of the time we spent there, that feeling was reinforced because we were able to find all the things that we needed were right at hand. The house was well appointed and clean. All our needs of our family were met including toys for our two year old grandson. We could not have been more happy with the beautiful home and the attention to detail provided by the owner.

Summary: What a great property. Location was awesome. Close to subway! Everyone kept commenting on how comfortable the beds were. We plan on returning to NY in two years and will definitely book this place again.

Summary: This house is great for large parties. We stayed there with three groups of my family. It worked out great for our group. The home is located in a perfect spot in Brooklyn, close to the subway, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It was nice to have the bedrooms to go to if you needed to separate for awhile. Large kitchen that was easy for our entire group to enjoy. Lots of games if you like to do that. Would stay here again for sure. THINGS TO NOTE: If you're a large group and all on the WIFI, it can be very slow. We noticed this once everybody left and then the WIFI worked really well. Two of the beds are couch pullouts and were difficult for adults to sleep on. They are not very comfortable. The mattress are very soft. The bed on the basement level is also a couch bed and the adults in that room said it wasn't the best. There are only two bathrooms in the home, one on the top floor and one on the basement level.
