Summary: Lovely home, very comfortable, lots of fun things for the kids in the back yard. Owner was very responsive. We were originally sceptically about the parking and owner living inside but there was plenty of parking along the street and the host was in a completely separated basement.

Summary: Sean was a most gracious host. The home is beautiful and spacious. The little ones in our family had a blast on the peewee zip line, playset, and trampoline. The home was within a short drive all of the Brewhouse’s and the venue for our daughter’s wedding. I highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed at Sean’s property for 5 day. The house was large and accommodating with a pack and play, high chair, multiple rooms and beds. My kid loved the trampoline and the swing set. Sean had wonderful communication and responded quickly to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Amazing home in a great quiet location! Kids 8-19 all had something fun to do at the property (zip line, hot tub, projector tv, etc.) Wife loved the sunken tub. 15 minutes to Denver.

Summary: Sean was absolutely wonderful, the house was amazing, we had a fantastic time! Location was great! The kids had a great time in the hot tub and playing on the playground and trampoline. We will definitely be back!

Summary: A beautiful spotless home with every amenity. Our host, Sean was extremely helpful and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We had some family members with children visit and they absolutely loved the yard especially the zipline. I totally recommend this home!

Summary: We had the best time! My wife and I reserved this and met my parents there to celebrate my mom’s birthday! It didn’t disappoint!!! I can’t remember the last time we all got to relax and enjoy each others company like that. There was plenty to do together while also having more than enough space. We made a nice dinner, used the big grill, ate on the patio and relaxed in the hot tub. Then the next day we went for a walk on the trail and through the neighborhood and watched a movie in the home theater. There were big curtains so we could use it during the daylight and have a lazy Sunday afternoon. None of us were ready for it to be over. We will definitely have to do this again! Can’t say enough good about the place! The host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!
