Summary: Pros - the location was great. We were there primarily to go to Mt. Bachelor and it was a ~30 minute drive with little, to no traffic. The size of the house was great for a larger group. We enjoyed the hot tub many nights, which seemed clean and maintained. Lots of parking in the driveway and the street. The kitchen is very well stocked with more than you need, some of the appliances don't work, but in general, probably one of the best stocked houses. Washer and dryer looked new and did a great job. The garage was very convenient for storing all of our winter activity gear. Advice - The extra bedroom was attached through the garage, it is not well insulated and it gets really cold at night. It has a seperate heating system from the house, be sure to keep a good temp you prefer in there. There aren't a lot of extra blankets either, it might be worthwhile to bring one for that room, as well. Major fail - The light fixture in the dining room, which weighted ~25 lbs, fell from the ceiling. Someone thought that hanging it through a single hook, through drywall, was a smart and safe choice. We were getting ready for dinner when it came crashing onto the dining table, breaking several dishes and causing glass to fly everywhere. If someone was sitting at the table it would undoubtedly had caused serious harm, if not death, because the main wires were attached several feet away and it swung in that direction. We could not locate a broom and did our best to vacuum up what we could. I contacted Vacasa several times about this issue before someone took it serious. Someone came out to the property and with the help of my friend took the whole thing down (as it was dangling from the ceiling).

Summary: The house was the perfect setup for a group of 7 women. We loved hot tub and the beautiful setting on the golf course. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was a super convenient location close to grocery stores and less than 10 minutes to the Mill District and downtown. I would love to go back!

Summary: Really well stocked kitchen. Pool table made it fun. Lots of games and movies. Hot tub on a fairly private back deck. Close to downtown. Not really a walkable area but we did walk along the golf course path since no one was out playing.

Summary: Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Our whole bunch fit comfortably. The kids loved the pool table, ping pong and hot tub! We did not start the washer, only received that information after we had already left the home. Otherwise, a wonderful find! Thank you!

Summary: Our golf team had a wonderful time staying at this house. We played ping pong, pool and cards. The Barbeque chicken turned out amazing too. Loved the location and space. We will be back next year.

Summary: Upon arrival we found the hot tub dirty and cold, the ping pong table, outside umbrella and one chair broken. Reached out to Vacasa with no resolution. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our group.

Summary: Close to stores and shops. Large well kept home with plenty of sleeping room. The hot tub lock was hard to get open, called manager who sent the maintenance person to open it for us. We tried using the oven, however it fill woth with smoke as it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Otherwise nice place to stay.
