Summary: We had a wonderful time at this location for our annual “girls trip” to the lake. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and big enough so that everybody had their own space. It also has an unbeatable view of the water!! The swimming dock was amazing. Property manager was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: We recently stayed the weekend following a Holiday weekend. The view was beautiful. The house was as expected but we had some negative experiences. Communication with the host was lacking. I had to reach out to VRBO to get a phone number to directly contact the host as they were not responding to messages through the App. I contacted them 2 days prior to our stay and was told that they would send me information about checkin the following day (day before our stay). I never received any information and had to reach out to them again the morning of our stay. We were not made away prior to arrival that there was parking restrictions. We had 4 cars with us and found out when we got to the house that they only wanted 3 cars parks in the parking space. While we were unloading and moving car, a rude man came to the drive way and was yelling at us about where the cars were parked. The house itself has a lot of rules that are taped on the wall in cursive hand written notes. This did not look very professional. The view made the whole weekend worth it and my family had a great time together. But, I don't think we will stay here again due to poor communication.

Summary: Nice location, house, and views! But beware of surprising “Guest Expectations” book on kitchen island and note cards taped on walls. Examples: -Cannot turn down air conditioning below 74 or 75 degrees or turn ceiling fans higher speed low setting. -Cannot park boat trailer at the house. -Parking limited parking to only 2 cars (listing says 2 or 3 allowed). Very steep driveway. -Cannot use boat lift at dock, even to park boat under dock cover. -Cannot have more than 2 boats tied up at dock. -Cannot use the two jet ski spots at dock. -Could not use balcony due to mosquitoes because cannot turn ceiling fan higher than low speed. -Guest Expectations warns that you are being watched by security video during your stay. -Checkout time is 11:00. Owners arrived at 11:10/11:15 and started walking around/hovering as we packed up kids/vehicles to leave. (Delayed checking out only due to travel to pick up boat trailer from paid storage spot.) We write this review to help manage expectations of potential renters. Holley, property manager, seemed nice but busy. Neighbors were awesome.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. We brought our boat so having the dock was a huge plus. The lift is set up for a pontoon. The home was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The use of the lily pad was a huge win for thr kids. They had a blast swimming right by the dock. The fishing off of the dock is great too. We caught catfish,perch and bass. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Really enjoyed the property, dock access was a highlight for us. The kids being able to swim and play was awesome. Holley was east to work with and communication was a breeze. Highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to enjoy time on the lake.
