Colonial Country Club is a 750-acre golf course community, with eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, biking and walking paths, community swimming pools with spas, and a newly designed Clubhouse and elite fitness center. This is all surrounded by the stunning 750-acre, 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Gordon G. Lewis.
**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 20 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications and they take 15-20 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 20 days out from booking - we will send additional info once your booking is received.
There are 2 community association applications required for guests. The Colonial Country Club Application is included within the price of the rental. The third party application for background checks is a separate fee, payable when you apply. These applications are required by Colonial Country Club.**
This charming 1,100 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features:

*Living room features glass sliding doors opening to the lanai that runs the length of the living room, with a beautiful view of the lake; inviting and comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with cable
*Dining area has a table with 4 chairs
*Large kitchen with full size appliances, pantry, washer and dryer, breakfast table with 2 chairs, all kitchen essentials including small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery, pass thru dining bar with 2 bar stools
*Split floor plan with master bedroom at the back of the condo, guest bedroom at the front
*Master Bedroom has a King size bed, dressers, flat screen tv, and beautiful view of the lake behind condo
*En-Suite master bathroom has double sinks, walk in shower and oversized walk-in closet
*Guest room has a double bed, a dresser and flat screen TV
*The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination
*Free WiFi throughout the unit
*All bed and bath linens are included with your rental
*Condo neighborhood pool, spa, and grill area is just a short walk from the unit
Club and social membership transfer allows guests to access the Country Club dining, tennis, fitness center, activities and resort pool. Dining and beverage costs are not included in membership transfer. Limited golf tee times up to 3 days advance notice and subject to availability. Cart and green fees apply for each outing and guest must contact pro shop or clubhouse for golf fee schedule after arrival.
Although you could enjoy your entire stay without even leaving the community, Colonial Country Club is ideally located close to downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Destinations such as Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Boca Grande, Bonita Springs, and Naples offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you could hope for during your time in southwest Florida and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!
This property is approximately 20 miles from Fort Myers Beach; 13 miles from RSW International Airport.

Summary: Although the application process good have been easier, we were not disappointed with the property. It was too bad the clubhouse wasn’t finished in time for us to utilize. Also, the lanai, baseboards, and window tracts needed a thorough cleaning. The neighborhood was incredible!

Summary: We loved our stay. The property met all our expectations. It was very up to date, and very well maintained. The location was excellent and provided a variety of things to do without having to leave the country club area. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked the same property for next year!!!

Summary: We rented a great condo at Colonial CC. It was perfect with the pool, etc very close and the many activities were fun and with good food. The only problem and a big one for us, being avid golfers was that the transfer club membership was a social one and not a golfing membership. We felt mislead because we were told we had golfing privileges - yes that was true if we wanted to play 9 holes starting at 3:00. We were not allowed in the golf lottery which is how the earlier tee times were obtained. We love Colonial CC and now are making sure we are getting a condo there or at another country club with golfing privileges.

Summary: Enjoyed the condo and the location. We were very disappointed we were unable to play golf at the course. It was the main attraction for us. We were not allowed to make tee times since we were social members. Should let tenants know they won't be able to play golf. Appreciated how prompt and responsive nancy was to our inquiries and needs. Would not stay there again.
