Our 4th Floor unit at Vista Del Sol is in the beautiful Burnt Store Marina!
Our home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath waterfront residence. From the moment you step inside, you will appreciate the serene views of the beautiful Charlotte Harbor and vessels that skim across the harbor as they enter and depart Burnt Store Marina.
We are only 10 nautical miles from the Gulf of Mexico, which offers day fishing trips with world class fishing!
Our home is tastefully done with diamond set tile, warm wood cabinetry, solid surface counters, upgraded fans and lighting. We also have a Lazy Boy sectional couch with 4 reclining seats and upgraded televisions in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room.
We have a Queen bed in the master bedroom, that offers views of the harbor, as well as a walk in shower and separate large tub.
The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed.
The kitchen has all of the amenities needed!
Our unit also offers a stackable washer and dryer inside of the unit.
Our lanai features comfortable seating, to watch those magnificent Charlotte Harbor sunsets.
Vista Del Sol offers a beautiful community pool and hot tub and grilling area.
