A vacation compound for you and your guests to enjoy! Perfectly maintained grounds include the farmhouse, cottage and barn/gameroom.
The farmhouse is the main building with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for gatherings with an open floor plan and charming rustic decor. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, primary bedroom (king bed), full bath and a sitting room that has a trundle couch that can accommodate two extra guests. Up the stairs you will find the additional three bedrooms (all with queen beds) and second full bath. The outdoor space is truly divine. There is plenty of outdoor seating and tables with/umbrellas on the brick patio. Make memories grilling, lounging on the patio, playing one of the many outdoor games, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.
Right across the way from the farmhouse is the charming cottage. The combination of the farmhouse and cottage is a great space for multiple groups and or/families to vacation together and perfect for wedding parties! It truly is setup to ensure ease, comfort and most of all fun! The cottage has a full kitchen and living area with a rollaway bed on the first floor. Upstairs is the primary/only full bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. This bedroom connects to a peaceful balcony/deck that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
There's more! The game room in the barn is the cherry on top! You will be greeted into the first room where there is a fully equipped pool table and flat screen TV. Through the way there is an additional room with a bumper pool table and full refrigerator. Gather the crew, shoot some pool, pack up the fridge with your favorite libation and relax! If you need a break from pool, step right outside and place a game of horseshoes. There is a fenced in yard with steaks and horseshoes.
Roam the beautiful grounds and enjoy the sweet smells of nature and fresh air. While roaming the grounds you will come across a small graveyard. These grounds are enriched with history and rustic charm that will be a memorable experience for all.

Summary: 8 of us had a wonderful stay at this property to celebrate a 40th birthday. The online pictures were accurate. The landscaping and exterior property are exquisite. The house/cottage/gameroom provided the perfect spot for our group to gather and enjoy the weekend. We all had a blast! We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We spent a weekend at the Haversham for my husband’s 40th Birthday weekend in September 2022. The property has so much character, was clean and well maintained, tastefully furnished, beautifully landscaped, and well stocked. Our party of 10 adults had ample room to stay and play, and enjoyed the many amenities the property had to offer. Including outdoor seating and a fire pit, as well as a game room area complete with fridge, TVs and pool tables. The house was well located and an easy commute to all our weekend activities in Westerly, RI and the Mystic, CT area. The first night of our stay we took a short walk and enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Haversham Tavern located next door to the property. We only wish our stay was longer and would happily book again. The Haversham House was a wonderful find and a wonderful stay!

Summary: We had a wonderful time gathering at the Haversham Farmhouse. The farmhouse is comfortable, clean and well stocked with sheets and towels as well as a stocked kitchen. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We will definitely return next year.

Summary: Nice spot for our family to be together before and after funeral. Cottage needs to be cleaned more thoroughly due to mildew and pet odors. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom upstairs was challenging to shower in. Downstairs accommodations in the house were nice. Back patio area very nice minus road noise from Route 1. We appreciated the space and lovely grounds.

Summary: Haversham Farm and Cottage was ideal for our annual large family vaction. The house was clean, comfortable and large enough for our family 15 member family to gather and celebrate while still having some space for quiet time when needed. The grounds were beautiful and spacious. We would like to reserve this home again next year.

Summary: We rented this property for a group of 15 guys for a long weekend in RI. It was everything we could have asked for with plenty of space to sleep, cook, and eat inside. The patio and yard were awesome for hanging out during the day and it's far enough away from neighbors that we could play music and hang out by the fire pit at night without issues. The bar next door is great if you don't want to go into town at night and if you do, it's maybe a 10 minute ride to the bars and restaurants on the beach. Great stay!

Summary: This property was great. I rented this unit for a group weekend away and it was perfect. It's close to Misquamicut Beach, has plenty of outdoor space to socialize and grill, and plenty of bedrooms. Everything was clean. There are also no neighbors near by, so we could play music outdoors at night.
