Summary: The home was beautiful with lots of space for my family. I hosted Thanksgiving Day dinner for about 15 people and there was space for everyone to spread out without feeling over crowded. The TVs worked fine as well as the other appliances inside the home. The overall 3 star rating is due to the bug problem and lack of cleanliness. On the 1st night, there was a huge cockroach in the living room under the projection screen and another in bathtub. There were also several small bugs (I couldn’t identify what type of bugs they were) all over the house and even found one in the bed in the master bedroom. Clearly, the house needs to be exterminated. There was even a smaller roach found in the kitchen on Thanksgiving day. The house was not very clean either. My family and I had to wipe down the kitchen countertops and sweep the floor before we could set up dinner. Finally, there were no washcloths found in the home. For me this was not a huge issue because I don’t use other people’s towels, however some of my family members needed them. We were able to clean enough and kill bugs enough to make memories and get great pics but I would not stay at this location again.

Summary: The property was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space and the house had up-to-date furniture. The pool was clean and the outside patio was a perfect addition. The host was easy to contact and responded instantly. Everything was nice. I would rent this property again.

Summary: Overall the house was beautiful, in a good neighborhood, and clean. The checkin and checkout process was very easy. There was not a list of "chores" we were responsible for staying or checkout, which is very nice. The owner answered in a timely manner when we had questions.

Summary: Property was as described. Plenty of room for family and alone time. Pool was clean and a refreshing amenity. Kitchen offered much if that's what you wanted....but the location was a great springboard into some great restaurants as well as 20 minutes from the beach....that also offered great dining.

Summary: We were let down from Vrbo as a company and the Owner. I’ll keep it short because *BED BUGS was an issue. 1. House wasn’t clean 2. Pictures are outdated and the house is in disrepair. 3. Breaker trips a lot so no hot water 4. Bed bugs (North facing room by the pool) 5. Vrbo policies ultimately won’t issue you a refund and bases it solely on the owner to issue Refunds with no investigation into the Rental. Never again..

Summary: We were there for my daughter’s graduation from FAU. The place was perfect except for the cleanliness of some of the rooms. The house cleaners do not take their jobs seriously & it reflects bad on the owners. The only other complaint is the big screen tv in the family room doesn’t work but there was a tv on the patio they made up for it. The owner always answered my texts within a few minutes. He was very sorry for the inconvenience of the how the cleaners left the place. I own a cleaning business & if my staff left any house in this condition they would be fired. He wanted to send cleaners over but I didn’t want to be inconvenienced of strangers in our way
