Summary: The property was amazing but to many deadly insects. There were black widows and a rattle snake made it to the porch. My time there was having to look at everything afraid the black widows would bite us.

Summary: This home is excellent! The outdoor areas are the best part of it - and there is a wonderful breeze. The grill and the outdoor seating were where we spent most of our time. The rest of the home is comfortable and in excellent condition, and the kids loved the pool! You are about a 15+ min drive from "town", but it is worth it to enjoy this property. Couple of recommendations for future visitors: You will want to enjoy the grill! There are tons of grill tools and the lighters are in the kitchen with the grill tools (took us awhile to find them, but they are there). You will want to purchase aluminum foil when you get your supplies if you are grilling to keep your food warm. Also, there were no pests as far as something that an exterminator could get rid of, but there are a lot of flies out in nature and they like to follow you in. We ended up buying citronella candles to help uninvite them (we left them there), but I recommend using / replenishing those when you plan your visit as well. Other than that, bring washcloths if you use them (there are plenty of bath towels and pool towels), and if you think you will need to press your clothes, bring an iron / steamer. Communication with the host is great - she is responsive and helpful. Enjoy the property! It's excellent!

Summary: The property is exactly as advertised. The pool and covered patio areas were great and A/C inside was cold! Very clean and well laid out. We will be back next year for dove season!

Summary: Great property for a group of 10 or less hunters! Outdoors facilities are great for hanging out and relaxing. Inside facilities are nice. Living, dining and kitchen are open for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of restrooms with showers. WiFi, satellite with big flatscreen worked well. Worth the money!
