Summary: We loved the home. We especially enjoyed looking at the interesting decorative items. The updates were beautiful. The neighborhood was accessible to the highway. Everything functioned well. We're looking forward to staying there again when we visit family.

Summary: We had 4 adults staying at the house for 5 nights while we visited our daughter/sister. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and we had access to every type of store, grocery and fast food chain within 15 minutes from the house. We didn’t go to the beaches, so I don’t know how far they were from the house. My suggestions for the house: a full length mirror behind the master bedroom door, another double bed instead of 4 twins, a clock in the living room and some under counter lights for nightlights in the kitchen.

Summary: We stayed at this property for the second year. My 4/5 rating is in regards to the listing still claiming there is a hot tub when there isn't one and the condition of the backyard. It really isn't very inviting. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting many ball parks and watching many Blue Jays games

Summary: The house was perfect for our group of three. It was clean and in a great location. Celia was awesome and very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is that the back bedroom on the right (twin beds) needs a dresser or chest of drawers for people to use. The other two bedrooms had them but not the third bedroom. We wanted to rent it again next year but it was already booked.
