The 3 outdoor decks provide views of the surrounding woods and deer sightings many times a day. The 1 1/2 story home, features the main bedroom with full bath on the main floor. The lovely kitchen, dining area, living room and den all flow together for an enjoyable gathering area. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace. Second story boasts 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Finished lower level enjoys a large great room with daylight windows, a 3/4 bath, Queen Bed and Queen sleeper sofa as well as a blow up mattress to add 6 more sleeping possibilities. Home is surrounded by lush woods and has a fully fenced rear yard. Very private and quiet. The wraparound porch has an additional eating area for 6 and a comfortable seating area.The rear deck boasts a new hot tub and additional outdoor seating. A Two car garage for your parking needs plus a long driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. Just one block off Lake Michigan

Summary: For the fourth year we have spent time at this house during the holidays. The house is cozy and warm feeling. The 18 year old's wanted to make sure we were going back this last time. We hope we will be able to continue in the future as college and jobs will start interfering.

Summary: We had an incredible New Year’s Eve trip with a group of friends and our two small dogs! The house exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need, including crockpots, large stock pots, and even popsicle molds. The Wii in the basement provided a night of fun, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing! A small tip: consider bringing a few extra towels so you can have dedicated ones for the hot tub and showers while rotating through the laundry. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a memorable getaway!

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities in the Fennville/Saugatuck/Douglas area, then look no further! The house has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Property was just as described. Home was spacious and clean. Short walk to a park with bluff overlooking Lake MI. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Easy drive to Saugatuck, yet far enough out for plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!
