This beautiful home located in Rayburn Country has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 - 12 and comes with a fully furnished kitchen including all necessary appliances, cooking supplies and dishes. The bedrooms are ready for you to relax in and the bathrooms are stocked with towels and wash cloths. The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a gorgeous walk in shower with a rain shower head. One of the guest bedrooms upstairs has two built in bunk beds with full size mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on top. The other guest bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a loft upstairs with a fold out sleeper sofa as well. There are porches that stretch the full length of the home on both the front and back of the house. You will not be disappointed with this house!
The house is located in it's very own cul-de-sac surrounded by nothing but the beautiful, relaxing woods. There is also a nice creek to walk to about 50 yards behind the house which makes for a nice trail walk. The boat ramp is just minutes away. Rayburn Country club is also right around the corner with dining, golf, tennis and swimming.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at the lovely house. The property manager was awesome. The communication with the property manager was great. Superb customer service. This was my 3rd time staying at this house.l and will continue to stay here when my family and i come to town.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Rayburn Resort and fishing the lake one day. It was a good location and we would go back again.

Summary: Place was absolutely awesome! Had everything you need to enjoy a great getaway. Just show up and relax. We brought our boat and the launch was just down the road and had the Country Club near by where we went to a nice dinner one night. None of of wanted to leave and many memories where made. We will definitely be back 5 stars!

Summary: The house was just as the listing said! Very clean, plenty of beds and the commutation was wonderful! The only thing that could’ve been better was the upstairs bedroom mattress. We will definitely stay again though!

Summary: We’ve stayed here before, and would love to stay here again, but… Kitchen freezer doesn’t open Upstairs tub hardly drains Obvious sewer and water main issues Lots of burned out light bulbs Gas grill REALLY had to be cleaned for use Barn doors are cumbersome Floors were pretty dirty Front door is difficult to lock with keypad This house and location are perfect for a group fishing weekend on Sam Rayburn, but needs some attention to make the experience excellent.

Summary: The host was very nice and the house was beautiful. My family enjoyed their selves. The host had everything you will need for the stay and if you needed anything, she would get it. I will book this house again when my family and I are in town...thank you for a wonderful stay.
