Beautiful home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths plus outdoor shower is just steps from a private beach. The open floor plan on the first floor features a beautifully appointed kitchen with a large island, dining area seating 14, and very large gathering area with a large TV. Also on the first floor are a queen bedroom, a twin with 2 extra long beds, 2 full baths, and a den with sofa bed. Laundry room with an entry from the outdoor shower. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a family room with a bar, small fridge and ice maker. The upstairs family room opens onto a large fully furnished deck with an ocean view. There are 2 patios, an outdoor shower and garage. Off street parking for 2 cars. The home is steps away from the private beach entrance. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer and 2 TV’s and 6 ROKU TV’s. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage.
2 week rentals are preferred. Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Linens are not provided.

Summary: This is a totally remodeled (post Sandy) house that offers bedrooms and baths galore with an AMAZING great room/dining room and kitchen. Plus an upstairs tv room area (with wet bar/wine and small frig) opening to a wonderful deck. Two outside patios and a garage filled with beach equipment and a spare refrigerator. And truly, just step across the private street and 150 feet and you are on the PRIVATE beach. Plenty of room and our party of 8 adults and 5 kids loved it! Easy parking, too!

Summary: Can't say enough about how immaculate, modern and stylish this lovely house is. Wonderfully efficient use of indoor and outdoor space on a small footprint. Beautiful, new furnishings everywhere and the five bathrooms plus outdoor shower made it perfect for several related families/generations sharing. The owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a delightful week and hope to return next summer.

Summary: I have rented houses down the shore for my family for the past 8 years and this house was one of the nicest experiences we've had. The beach is so close you don't even need sandles to cross the street (very convenient for the young ones).. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family.. Tons of different seating areas.. And the street is nice and quiet. Can't say enough about our month there.. Definitely recommend!
