Summary: The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms were great. Host was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very small (as seen in pictures) but works for a short stay. We didn’t realize the carpeting had been pulled up in the living room, hallway and a bedroom with just the bare concrete floor there. I am assuming this is a work in progress and may be updated soon. With twin 3-year-olds, I didn’t mind easy to clean concrete, but it may not be as welcomed for others. Would definitely recommend the host and home.

Summary: Great location for a Spring Training trip, lots of room for a family. We had 10 people and our fur-babies. There were plenty of boardgames, the pool table was a bonus, the backyard has plenty of space. We brought corn hole boards but ended up playing with all the boardgames the host provided. There are parts of the house that is being renovated, but it doesn't affect the rest of the house or your stay. I am excited to stay again! Thank you Phil!
