Summary: My comments are based on the cost we paid for the rental as well as information contained in the listing. The communication with the property manager was very good. The listing indicated that the pool was heated. It was actually solar heated, which we didn't see anything in the listing indicating it was solar heated. Not much sun, so we weren't able to use the pool. Location was great. We don't feel that we got the value based on the price we paid for the rental unit. Should we make another trip to Vero Beach we will do what we have done in the past, which is stay at the Kimpton.

Summary: This property is beautiful! It encompasses all the comforts one would desire for a get -away. The lovely pool is so relaxing and the incredible tropical vegetation of fruit trees and shrubs are fabulous for your view and privacy. It is apparent the owners love their home and are happy to share it with others.

Summary: This home is beautiful. Pride of ownership was apparent in all the details. There is a dream kitchen with everything you need to make a fabulous meal. The landscaping could be in a magazine. There is a short walk to an amazing uncrowded beach and a nice pool at the house. Before the days got too hot, we loved having the french doors open to the pool. The owner was wonderful! She was always available to answer any questions and had thoughtful notes in her cabinets that we were able to use whatever we needed. We felt welcome and pampered. We loved the house and neighborhood so much, we bought a house of our own before our stay was over!

Summary: This was one of the most pleasant stays we have had. The house is so well maintained and kept very cozy with all the possible things you might need to explore Vero and enjoy the sun. But most of all, the hosts are simply amazing. They made sure all our needs were addressed, checked in on us and provided a warm and friendly lines of communication. They are just simply great people and you can feel their great energy in this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the convenience of having a private beach within walking distance to see the sun rise every morning was my favorite feature. We got to meet jolly fishermen in their early morning routines setting up to get their catch, and neighborhood dogs ecstatically greeting each other on their morning walks with their own inner. This was our first time in Vero Beach and it was the perfect place to unwind and reset. It is a great town! I hope to come back to stay at this home and Vero Beach again in the future.
