Summary: This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our daughter’s wedding just down the road at David’s Folly Farm. Weather was perfect for us to enjoy the expansive deck and adjoining fire pit. The house would be a great refuge in any weather. It easily accommodated four couples. Second bedroom upstairs shares a bath but that wasn’t an issue as bath spaces are very well laid out. Get there first and claim the master bedroom suite. It is awesome!

Summary: My true dream house! The location was absolutely stunning and the house is somehow even more beautiful in person. The view of the water, the wind rushing through the trees, the geese on our doorstep in the morning, the fireflies sparkling across the field at night-- I'll keep these treasures with me. We had a fantastic stay. Most of our trip was about enjoying nature but if we had to change one thing it would be to add a dvd player or HDMI cable so there's an easier way to watch movies at night by the big fireplace (tv only had basic cable). Such a tiny detail, though, and it absolutely did not affect our wonderful experience. Could not recommend this house more!

Summary: We loved this house! So interesting, so comfortable and absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay here. My only recommendation would be to revise the description of the property (cannot walk down to water from yard as that property is private and take out mention of walking over to farm as it is not open to visitors.); these were our only (slight) disappointments. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in a quiet area.

Summary: Our stay at Bagaduce Farm was wonderful! The house is beautiful and the best fully equipped house we’ve ever rented! Joanne the manager was excellent to work with! She was always available and answered all questions we had. We had a problem with the WiFi and she went above and beyond to solve it. It is very peaceful and so comfortable. It is about 20 minutes to the nearest town so you’ll need to plan for grocery trips. There is so much to see and do in the area. Arcadia National Park is about an hours drive and so worth the visit.

Summary: We had the BEST time and most fantastic stay at this property in Brooksville. The house is truly outstanding. The construction, design and decor are impeccable. The beds are SO comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen is a chef's dream and fully stocked with everything you need. There is a huge table indoors and a lovely huge outdoor table that overlooks the water with a direct view of the pigs as part of Bagaduce Farm. The house is on the grounds of Bagaduce Farm and our morning ritual involved a stroll to say hi to the geese, chicken, and pigs with our 2 year old daughter and multiple purchases of fresh items (duck eggs, organic chickens). What truly made this holiday luxury was the frequent and helpful contact with property manager Joanne. She was readily available and so so helpful whenever in a pinch. Deborah, the owner of Bagaduce Farm next door, was equally as helpful (even running over lobster crackers to our house when we were without!). We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to tell all of our family and friends. Our only hesitancy is knowing that it will no longer be our little secret as we know this house will be very popular and well loved by many. Thank you again to everyone who made our holiday truly a home away from home.
