Summary: Me & my family had a great time. The house is huge, very spacious and lots of beds in each room for big families. The host was great. Anytime I message him he responded right away. The beaches are 12 minutes away from the house. Publix & restaurants are a 5 min drive. Also the playroom in the garage was amazing for the adults & kids. The only issue we had was when we checked in we were told the washer machine was broken due from the previous guests. We are an easy going family so it wasn’t a problem for me to wash a few things by hand. The dryer did work so that wasn’t a problem. The outside of the house I will say more in the backyard needed some landscaping maintenance. We had a wonderful time thank you for everything.

Summary: For us, this house was better than we expected. It is very cozy and I personally loved the decor. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and the adults got to relax. When we needed a break, we would just stick the kids (and there were many) in the "bunk bed room" and turn on a movie. We just repeated that for 5 days.

Summary: We were able to fit 4 families of 2 kids, 2 parents each comfortably. House was large. Pool was great for kids and location was great...6 beaches with 6 different vibes within 10-30 minutes. Just be aware to ask questions about add on services with the pool/hot tub. Hot tub overflows into pool. We stayed during end of June and if hot tub was on it made pool extremely hot. There was a little miscommunication with the property manager regarding this. We did exerience a booking change request via the property owner via VRBO. He was kind to work with, but it took a little time to resolve via VRBO. Although it didn't negatively impact the actual trip, it caused a little stress leading up to the trip.
