Summary: It was a decent stay at this property. It was nice for us five guys to have our own individual bedrooms. The property just felt like it needed a good deep cleaning, especially the carpets, kitchen and backyard. It did have everything we needed since we ate out for all of our meals and didn’t need to use the kitchen. Overall it was a nice stay though we will look elsewhere nextyear

Summary: Thermostats were locked could not adjust temp. No cable to TV,s must use own Netflix account Does have WiFi Read rules of house and reviews closely before booking the title says it all.

Summary: Two years now we have had a golf vacation and stayed at this house. It is clean and provides us guys with the accommodations needed. Hope to do it all again next year.

Summary: This was my family's second destination Christmas vacation and this property did not let us down. We laughed, cooked, watched television, and just relaxed. It's tucked away in a quaint neighborhood with close access to major highways and a super Wal-Mart! The owner was so nice and checked on us. My family really enjoyed themselves at this property.

Summary: This Rental was Perfect for our annual AZ Spring Training trip. The home was located near the stadiums that we went to watch a few baseball games. The size of the home was perfect for all 9 of us. Everything was provided for us in the home to use. The only BAD thing that happened was that we got locked out on the 1st night because the deadbolt accidently locked. We had to call the owner and we had to wait over 1 hour in the cold in the van for someone to come and unlock the door. Otherwise, this was a great rental and loved the home and would definitely rent this home again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Phoenix. My husband and I traveled with our 2 grown children and my dad and mother-in-law. The home would have accommodated many more people. Everything we needed was there. The owner responded very quickly to any requests even though he was out of town himself.

Summary: Thank you everything was really good !!!! House really clean and neat only problem one of the bathrooms downstairs was lock we couldn’t open but other than that everything was perfect

Summary: It was the perfect location for where we were at. The owner allowed us to use the garage which helped us with our stay. The house was very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable!

Summary: This rental worked great for a guys week long golf trip. We had everything we needed without issue. Rented the entire house so there was no confusion about using kitchen or leaving stuff on the counters as stated in the other reviews. Plenty of space with nice comfy beds in each of the 5 bedrooms. We did see the cameras in the common areas but they appeared to be turned off and pointed at the wall or ceiling. TV’s in every bedroom and in the living room although we rarely used them. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again if the option presents itself.
