Positive: The house was very nice and had all the amenities needed for a vacation. Sitting outside while drinking my coffee in the morning, listening to the birds, roosters, and nature.... Drive was less than 20 minutes from the airport, shopping, and grocery stores, as well as a number of restaurants, all within 10 minutes. 30-minute drive to Old San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo, and Piñones kioskos and a number of beautiful beaches not too far away. Residents riding their horses down the road in the morning, which was a stunning view to see.

Negative: The owners came and accommodated us when the power went out twice (very appreciative as my son was scared) but were only able to provide us with limited electricity (from the generator hooked up by extension cords) for the fridge and a TV (for my child) as they were not able to hook up the generator to the house relay/breakers due to wiring issues. Thankfully, I had packed flash lights. For future references for situations like these, which is common in PR, rental owners should have flashlights, candles (battery operated for safety), and fans battery operated on hand for emergency situations like these for renters, thankfully it was April and the beautiful breeze at night from outside was enough to keep the house somewhat cool. Once again, the owners were wonderful and were more than accommodating. The pool was great, but still needed a lil more TLC, vacumming the floor to clean the sediment on the ground and maybe adding more chlorine tablets and shocking it to help keep it clear. Please note these were all minor issues and not complaining, only giving advice😉. Some would make a big deal, but in all honesty, this is Puerto Rico, a beautiful land that nature has taken a toll on but the beauty remains still and we have to appreciate it and a house with great beautiful owners. All in all, owners Winda & Francisco were fantastic, and their trustworthy was appreciative 👍. I would definitely come back in the future. Gracias por todos 😊.

Positive: We were very happy with our accommodation. It was very homey and comfortable. The host was exceptional and made us feel right at home! I will definitely refer my friends and family vacationing in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷!

Negative: We loved everything except the mosquitoes!

Positive: feel right at home. very clean, very spacious. awesome enormous backyard (great for pets)with a jacuzzi (great for me)!! ac in every room. very affordable and close to northern and east coast beaches and not far from San Juan Airport. the couple who own this house are truly beautiful people, very kind, very respectful, and go the extra mile to be accommodating. honestly, I don't want to let the word out, but this is the best place to stay in the San Juan area- perhaps even in all of Puerto Rico. highly recommend.
