Enjoy a relaxing stay in a gorgeous turn of the century mansion 1500 square foot (HUGE) bottom floor unit. Dogs and children welcome! Free parking, internet, large private yard and private wrap around porch, full kitchen all included.
Rental includes entire FIRST floor of building in photos.
Can accommodate up to 5 adults max. And as many children as beds can accommodate,
1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (full sized - no adults on top bunk) and one twin trundle
Check in time us 4pm and check out time is 11am
There is no additional charge for multiple guests. Please let me know how many guests so I can supply enough towels etc for your stay
Pack and play is available upon request for any infants.

Summary: This is the ground floor of a beautiful historic home; the main living areas are mostly original, with gorgeous woodwork. The living space is very large and comfortable. We found it easy to relax after a long day of driving.

Summary: The best part about this property was the space. Having a kitchen, dining room and living room plus master bedroom and extra bedroom/bathroom was well worth it. We were able to have our kiddos sleep like they would have at home. Great experience all around

Summary: Came to the area for our annual ghost hunting trip to Cresson. This house is beautiful, I had wished we could have stayed another night. It was super clean, beds were comfortable and just a really great vibe to it. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was beautiful and the booking, check in, and check out process were super simple and easy. We stayed the weekend while doing a paranormal investigation I’m the area and the host was very accommodating. We will return here again.

Summary: We arrived from a long day of travel for a local family reunion and were so pleased to find such a beautiful and clean place to stay with two kids and our dog. The house was beautiful: simply but nicely decorated and so very clean. The owner even left a personalized surprise (granola bars and popcorn) for our boys who were elated to have been though of. We definitely plan to make this an annual (and likely extended) trip.

Summary: We stayed at this house for our weekend trip to Horseshoe Curve in Altoona. Our group included a family of four (2 kids) plus Grandparents. We all loved the Craftsman details inside the house and appreciated the modern kitchen and baths. It was super clean and quiet. Parking was very close to our side porch allowing for ease in unloading/loading. Easy to find only 5 minutes off of the highway, in a very quaint historic neighborhood. Perfect place to stay!
