A true getaway with all the comforts of home. January 2022 - New dock in backyard on canal, complete with Kayak stow and launch system. Water access for kayaks (provided with house), small fishing boats and stand-up paddleboards. Kayak out of our canal to Coral Creek (mangrove river) and then from there kayak out to the Intercoastal waterway in 20-30 minutes to where more often than not, you could have dolphins and even manatee swimming right next to your kayak. Fish off our dock. Relax in the hammock, take a dip in your own sparkling heated pool or hop on a private ferry and stroll down the 7 miles of secluded beach to collect shells or watch dolphins frolic in the Gulf of Mexico. If you prefer more of an active vacation you can perfect your tennis or pickle ball, ride bikes along the 11 miles of bike paths, rent a boat or use a public boat ramp 1/4 mile away to launch your own boat (both with Gulf of Mexico access), or golf at many of the beautifully groomed courses in the area. You will also have access to a private Harbour Club with all the amenities:, 3 pools, 3 clubhouses, Pool/ billiards room tennis/pickle ball courts, workout room, sauna, hot tub and ferry to a private Gulf beach. Enjoy a stroll in nearby downtown Boca Grande while enjoying ice cream and classic Florida vibes. This area is known for some of the best inshore & offshore fishing in Florida and is considered the tarpon fishing capital of the USA

Summary: I was very pleased with this property. This home has everything you could possibly need to have a great stay. So many beach, pool and water toys to keep you busy. There is even kayaks and bikes. Thank you Mark for providing a nice home and all the amenities.

Summary: Very nice property. Clean well decorated home with all you need for a stay. lot's of things to do at home and surrounding area. The new dock and kayak store and launch system is a great addition. Best rental we have stayed at. Owner communicates often. Enjoyed our two month stay.

Summary: We loved staying here. It is a beautiful house, extremely clean and well decorated, fully stocked kitchen. The pool is well equipped with many kinds of furniture, tables & pool toys; we had fun spending time grilling in the backyard as well. Mark was so personable and great to work with. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Summary: Mark and Triche's property is perfect for a long term stay, with every little detail thought of. The house is super clean, equipped with everything you need including games, beach toys, bikes, kayaks, towels, etc. Mark provided plenty of tips for how to experience the area and we loved our fishing charter and exploring Boca Grande which is just down the street. The pool and BBQ area are great and the beds are so comfortable you will want to take the matress with you!

Summary: We have rented homes in SW Florida for the past 8 years, and never have we rented such a modern and beautifully furnished home. We enjoyed the Mancia's home for 5 weeks, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was developing in the US. But we could not think of a better home in which to "shelter-in-place." The Mancias have provided everything one could think of to make visitors comfortable and stress-free. Furnishings included extensive beach equipment, and way more than enough towels, pillows, and bed linens. The kitchen was thoroughly supplied, even with spices and basic food supplies. The perfectly heated pool was delightful. But what we may have enjoyed the most about the Mancia's home was the wonderful Florida/beach decorating that made our visit a vacation. Fantastic! The home includes membership at the nearby club where we watched many manatees and caught the ferry to Little Gasparilla Island (before beach closures). The home is close to excellent biking and I was able to take a nearly 20-mile ride almost daily. Finally, we want to note how much we appreciated the Mancia's close attention. They met us when we arrived and showed us not only the house, but the club facilities as well. During our visit, the Mancias always kept us informed regarding new COVID-related updates and restrictions. In summary, the Mancias have provided an exceptional vacation home and a thoughtful rental experience. We look forward to renting again from these wonderful owners.

Summary: This is a beautiful house. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you would need to cook. The bathrooms have more than enough towels. The pool is heated all the time, so you can use it anytime you want. The Harbour Club amenities added to the enjoyment. The owners are more than accommodating. It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: Just returned from one month stay at this beautiful home in Placida Florida. The owners met us when we arrived and gave a tour of the home and the Placida Harbor Club also a tour of area things to do. We had everything you could possibly want provided for us. A list of area restaurants and things to do was provided. Everything in the home is marked and it makes it very easy to settle in. Pool is great and even had a fire pit outside. We had a wonderful stay and Mark was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great area of Florida and a great vacation home. Kevin

Summary: We loved this place. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful owners. They even provided toys and beach towels for our dogs. Nothing is overlooked in this home. I may never find a better vacation rental. We are planning our next stay here.
