Summary: This property has it all !The home was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and equipment we needed.The rooms were very clean and neat. The beds were freshly made, and extra linens were available for us. The beds were also quite comfortable. The deck out back is amazing (the best part is it was "Splinter-Free"), We made use of the dock as my Son-in-law brought his boat.Chelsea was a great help! Chelsea and her fiancé went out of their way to make sure everything was what we needed. Mary was also an amazing help. Being new to VRBO, I had many questions, and Mary responded to each of them with great care and professionalism.The cleanliness goes a long way in making or breaking a vacation. This home is VERY clean.We plan on staying again next year!Thank you so much !

Summary: 100% recommend this property. The check-in process was easy. The house was clean and offered a variety of options on where to sleep. Location was outstanding! We were able to grill out, have a bonfire, while enjoying the view of the lake!

Summary: Stunning home and location which was served as our home base for our two weeks. The only negative was the poor cleanliness of the entire home. We found a grease filled pan in the oven, food spilled in the microwave, and the floors were not swept or vacuumed. This was communicated to the owner. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was not operable. The fire pit was filled with trash (soda cans, medal rods from sparklers, paper) which I cleaned so we could safely use. The grill was covered with grease and food remnants which I also cleaned. The owner needs to tighten up this aspect for this to be a stellar rental. Also, despite the pictures, no kayaks or other water vessels are included.

Summary: House was very clean and great for the big group that we had. Host was very nice and welcoming. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Summary: Very nice clean property on good location on the lake. Plenty of room for guests. Location was quiet and the retired neighbor’s next door were very nice. Even though it was early in the season and the water was a little cold for swimming it would have been nice to have some water toys on the property. I did bring my own kayak and we rented a pontoon boat for the day. Most of the days spent visiting locations in driving distance of Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes and a nice drive through the “Tunnel of Trees “along north west coast of Michigan. We all had a great time Mary! Thank you.
