Fabulous location on the Jersey Shore is yours for the really low price! This beautiful house is located in the heart of Lake Como/Belmar and is five blocks from the Spring Lake or Belmar beach, across the lake and walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the Jersey Shore.
With five bedrooms and four bathroom with brand new beautiful tiles, hardwood floors throughout the rest of this spacious house.
Big front porch for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax in the evening and watch the swans in the lake.
Our home is 2 full floors, perfect for large families looking for optimal space and privacy.
FIRST FLOOR (family room, kitchen, dining, 2 full bath and 3 bedrooms) Open floor plan with lakeviews from kitchen/family room.
The first floor has a family room with a flat screen TV, and cable hookup. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and large dining area, perfect for entertaining! The back yard is fully fenced for backyard BBQ or kids to play.
SECOND FLOOR (2 bedrooms, 2 full baths) The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed with a dressing area, a full bath, including tub, walk in closet, double vanity.
There is plenty of space for additional bed for children if necessary. The second bedroom has a queen size bed .
HUGE BALCONY with lake view to relax in the morning/evening.

Summary: My family and I had a great time at the shore . Everything was perfect . We thoroughly enjoyed the house and it's location . The rooms were all spacious and well maintained. Walkable to everything . Everyone said the same thing , now this is beach life . Our host Jay could not have been nicer . Thanks again Jay . I definitely recommend it to all . Tom

Summary: This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this house. The location and size are perfect for us. To be clear, the house is sparse (no spices, no shampoo, etc), so just know that going in. Thank you Jay for a great place for our family

Summary: Property is exactly as advertised. Used this for my extended family who came to visit us in Belmar. We've rented several houses over the years and this was the best thus far. The location is nice, right across from lake but is on a busy road and while didn't bother us as family spent most of their time at our place 2 blocks from beach, this is a good 5-6 block walk to the beach. Only issue we had was only 1 working key was provided so we ended up having to get an extra key cut but management was quick and responsive. Lots of room in the house with two separate living rooms which worked out great as we had multiple families with adults and kids. Would book again.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding. It was a great location for us, and we enjoyed the ability to spend time together. We brought extra towels, some bars of soap, and a few extra folding chairs for the kitchen table. The house and amenities are accurately described on vrbo. We had an issue with ants coming in the front door and had to buy a bunch of small traps and bug spray. For this reason I cannot give our stay a perfect score.

Summary: Jay's house is in a great location for relaxing and going to the beach. The backyard is shaded in the morning and the front porch in the afternoon. There was plenty of space for us and no waiting for batheooms. We were not awakened by the trains at night and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Lake Como across the street adds beauty and serenity, esp. the swans.

Summary: It’s a great house in a great location with minimal furniture & conveniences inside. Each bed has only 2 pillows & each bathroom has only 2 towels. We had to go out & buy extra toilet paper, paper towels & even garbage bags for the weekend. The grill ran out of propane & the only tv in the house makes a horrible beeping sound anytime you push a button on the remote. It’s a great house that could be much improved if the host put a little more effort into
