Summary: My family had the best week at this beautiful lake front cabin. The cabin was very clean and had the perfect location on the biggest cove of the lake. We enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. The dock was able to accommodate my two wave runners and boat with no problem. Don the owner was very nice and very helpful throughout our stay. We had the best time and made some of our best memories yet. We would love to come back next year for sure. Thank you Don!

Summary: This property was great. As the owner describes, it is older “hunting lodge” type home but has been updated with the modern comforts. It was very clean and well maintained. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough room. The lake is a big lake with lots of activity. Don was an absolute pleasure to coordinate with. Lots of wildlife. The most memorable had to be when we were all swimming in the lake the afternoon of July Fourth and a beautiful American Bald Eagle swooped down to say hello!!

Summary: This is a lovely place for private time with family. Our host, Don, was accessible. The private dock, canoe, kayaks, floats, and other equipment were provided. The cabin is very comfortable with plenty of space to play games, have conversation and enjoy being together. Lots of canoeing and swimming and fishing. Great time! Highly recommend!

Summary: Overall the property was perfect for us. The home was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the master suite very much. The outdoor space is nice, easy access to the lake. The dock was in very good shape. Highly recommended.

Summary: My 3 brothers and I along with two friends have spent a week together fishing for the last 33 years. Early on we camped but now rent cabins. This was our favorite rental cabin. We enjoyed the setting, the lake and the fishing. The owner was most accommodating and communicated well leading up to and duuring the visit.

Summary: We just back and my kids are already asking when we can go back!! The house was wonderful, there was enough space for everyone, my kids loved all of the board games available inside and the beautiful lake outside. I cannot say enough good things about this property and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house to rent. We have 3 young kids and they loved it. Don was very helpful and responsive. There are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby as well as other great amenities. If you order through shipt.com you can have Weis groceries delivered to the house. If you’re an accident prone person like me there’s an urgent care facility 20 minutes away too. The property location was wonderful, we loved the kayaks that came with the house. The screened in porch was a great spot for meals and playing games inside at night. If you’re looking for a great vacation spot look no further - this is it!!

Summary: After such a horrible 2020, this was a well needed family vacation and it definitely did not disappoint. Only negative was the very steep steps going from parking to house. Made loading and unloading cars challenging. However, it was definitely all worth it! House and location was beautiful. Had the rustic lake house charm we were looking for. Loved the screened in porch. Came in very handy for the couple times we had rain. Many memorable memories; from sitting on the dock in the mornings and watching the beautiful sunrises, kayaking the cove and the campfires by the lake, just to name a few. The most memorable was, while sitting on the dock watching the sunrise, an eagle swooped down in front of us and grabbed its morning breakfast fish from the lake! Absolutely amazing to witness! Thank you Don for sharing your home. A GREAT time was had by all. Hope to be back next year.

Summary: Large spacious very clean house with an easy slope to the lake. The owner is very responsive to any concerns you may have. Private dock. The grandkids loved catching fish right off the dock. And of course the lake itself provides tons of fun for boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. Loved it!
