PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
Welcome to lakefront living on Lake Taneycomo. This newly renovated 5 bedroom/3 bath home is located right on the lake! The water is so close you can almost fish off the deck! Just a few features of the home include:

The main level has one king size bedroom, two queen-size bedrooms, and one king-size master suite with walk-in shower. There is a newly remodeled, full bath in the main level hallway. There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need. The laundry room is right off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. You'll love the open floorplan with a large dining table for 8 - 10 people.
The downstairs level has two queen beds and a full bathroom with an older claw bathtub (no shower). The kids will want this room; that's where the pinball machine is!
Spend the evening on the deck by the firepit or in the hot tub. The screened in porch is also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the perfect view of the lake.
This home is conveniently located only 5 Minutes to the nearest restaurants and major stores and less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson and the Branson Landing! It is also only 15 minutes away from the new Buffalo Ridge championship golf course and world-renowned Top of the Rock championship golf course. This home sits just 15 ft away from the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo and has a GORGEOUS VIEW of the lake!
Taneycomo lake is known for one of the best trout fishing lakes in the region. Flowing through the heart of Branson, Lake Taneycomo is the most diverse fishing lake in the country, sporting world-class rainbow and brown trout as well as bass, crappie, and bluegill angling. But it's most famous for its trout fishing. The current brown trout Missouri state record was caught on Lake Taneycomo on November 12, 2009. The enormous brown trout weighed 28 pounds, 8 ounces!! It was 37 inches long with a girth of 24.75 inches. So come stay with us and try your luck to hook the next State record trout fly fishing! Please note: The lake is not for swimming. There is a strong current and meant for kayaks, canoes, and boating.
*There are steps to get into the home from each entrance.
*MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
*Check-In 5pm, Check-out 10am strictly enforced.
*No smoking, vaping, or parties permitted at this property.

Summary: Wonderful house for our family of 11. The house was very clean when arriving. We had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with nice utensils and dishes/cookware. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch, very nice and relaxing to sit out every night and play games after long days of fishing and shopping. We have been coming to Branson yearly for the past 12 years and have rented about 10 different houses through the years. This is the only place we have stayed that provided shower toiletries and laundry soap as well as plenty of trash bags since we did have a large party. Above and beyond…definitely recommend!!

Summary: Property was beautiful and had everything you would need. View of the lake is great, and the screened in porch is huge. Dock fit a large pontoon boat without issue, and Lilly’s Landing Marina is just around the corner by water if you need bait, fuel, or a snack. Some of our best fishing was right off the dock casting down stream with some power bait.Stairs down to the dock are a bit steep and uneven, so keep that in mind if you’re bringing grandparents.Would absolutely recommend!

Summary: Loved every minute here. Such a nice home. Comfy beds and slept so well. Spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the river. In the screens in comfy porch during some showers. Everything we needed was at our disposal. Thanks you.

Summary: The property was very nice. Assumed all 3 baths would have showers but the one in lower level just bathtub. Towels were ample but no extra pillows or blankets which we could have used. Large sectional in living was not large enough for our group so had to bring chairs over to have seats for everyone. There were no side tables for drinks etc. C tables are small profile and would be great. The steps to the dock were very steep and no hand rail on the lower part which was something we had to be very cautious going down to dock. We did not want to have an ER visit on our trip. We had rented a boat to fish but in 2 days only caught 1 fish - unusual for our group. The guides boats were very rude and did Not slow down when passing our boat or dock when fishing which is just common courtesy . Basically house was very nice and plenty of room but we will not return to fish since we believe the area must be overfished.

Summary: Great location, comfortable beds, nicely renovated property with a beautiful view of the river. Inside welcome manual with instructions for TV’s and WiFi need updating, towels were crusty and need replacing as well as some of the pots and pans but other than that a great property that we would rent again. Thank you
