Welcome to the best kept secret in Iowa – Lake Cornelia! Whether your reuniting with past friends or family, or bringing your family, this whole-home rental can fit everyone! It features 2 private king-sized beds, one queen bed in the loft, and 2 twin beds. Get your day started with a relaxing cup of coffee during sunrise, then enjoy the sun on one of two large decks overlooking the lake. At night, cozy around the large firepit on the lower deck. When you’re ready to get in the water, we’ve provided a one-person kayak and one-person stand-up paddle board for your enjoinment. If you have your own water toys, there is room to dock your own boat. You’ll find all the essentials for making the perfect meal, whether in the kitchen or grilling outside.
Lake Cornelia is managed by the Iowa DNR, and a state park is located on the north shore which includes a beach, playground, shelter houses, and pick nick tables. Take a short walk, or ride your bike on the trail surrounding the lake. Clarmond Country Club is also just offshore if you're fore golf!
While we hope your coming to play, Wi-Fi and an executive-style desk is provided if you do have to plug in. YouTube TV is also included. A large washer and dryer is also available.

Summary: Our “lake weekend” was amazing. It rained all day on one of the day and there was enough room to play games (which they had there) and just hang out. We all had our own sleeping space and for some of us early birds we had our own little downstairs area so we didn’t disturb anyone. We hope to come back next year!

Summary: We were very happy with this property. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything. The home was just as described, and had everything we needed. More than enough room for the 6 of us. We loved being right on the water, with the nice big deck to relax on and fish from. Any questions we had were answered immediately by the owner, and check in and out was simple with no problems. I can't say enough good things about this home and the lake. We definitely want to return and next year!!
