5 Bedroom Cabin in Pinetop-Lakeside, Lakeside

This spacious 4,000+ square foot lakefront custom cabin is perfect for your family vacation. Located in a gated community, it comes completely furnished and is stocked with all the amenities you will need.
Relax on the large back deck overlooking the lake, play croquet on the manicured lawn, fish off the private dock or play tennis on the court at the end of the block. Four kayaks, a paddle boat, and a fishing canoe are available for your use. This spacious cabin is only minutes from many activities including hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, antiquing, gambling, dining and much more. Sunrise Ski Resort is approximately 45 minutes away. There are plenty of family games and kid toys to keep your family busy, including a pool/game table in the bunk room and sleds or bikes for your use in the garage.
The cabin will accommodate 14 people but we are limited to 12 by our HOA rules: one king in the master (2 people), one queen in bedroom #2 (2 people), one queen in bedroom #3 (2 people), one queen in bedroom #4 (2 people), and 3 twin/twin bunks (6 people/kids) in the bunk room/playroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and cable tv. The bunk room has a 1/2 bath.
The family room has cable TV, a DVD player, a VCR and surround sound. There is a DVD library. There is also a wireless router and a Roku so you can sign into your own accounts.
Air conditioning is available during summer if needed, though it's not likely that you will. Summer highs are 75 to 88 degrees with night-time lows in 40s and 50s. Whole house fans cool the cabin down in a matter of minutes as the temperatures drop at the end of the day.
In addition to centralized heating, gas and wood-burning fireplaces in the main living areas and a gas fireplace in the master bedroom provide warmth and enjoyment during the cold winter months. Imagine relaxing in front of a roaring fire after a day on the slopes.
This is our private family cabin. We rent our home with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest. No events or parties are allowed and the HOA has strict rules regarding noise.

Summary: We had 8 adults and 7 kids and this home was a fantastic fit for all of us! The home being right on the lake with a private dock provided ample fishing time and we made lots of memories with some of the kiddos catching their first fish! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big family dinners. We will most definitely be visiting again soon!

Summary: Seven of us enjoyed the spacious home located on Rainbow Lake. The grandkids loved the bunk room, the adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. The wide windows facing the lake are tremendous. We will return soon!

Summary: My family loved this property, Brad the property owner kept in constant communication with us to make sure everything was going great. We had so much fun fishing and kayaking around the lake. We caught plenty of trout, and catfish at night. The home was as described and we would love to stay here again. We love Rainbow lake and hope to return soon.

Summary: This is our 6th time back and we love it every time. It snowed a couple days this time which made it even better.This cabin is always so comfortable, and we always feel at home. The open kitchen is great, always stocked with everything we need, and everyone has room to relax throughout the stay. Thank you again for a great family trip. We can't wait until next year!
