There's no end to the activities at your fingertips at this beautiful, waterfront townhome on the shores of Spring Lake in Rockaway Beach. Just outside your back door, you can sip your morning coffee with a view of the lake or go kayaking or fishing from the dock (with two kayaks and life jackets all provided for your use). In the other direction, you can walk a quick two blocks (about 100 steps or a three-minute stroll) to boogie board, build sandcastles, or catch a spectacular sunset on the open sands of Rockaway Beach.
This townhome enjoys a best-of-all-worlds location on the south side of Rockaway Beach, on the northern shore of Spring Lake, and in a setting overlooking the lake and the mountains that's ideal for birdwatching. When you head out to the beach, you'll even have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sandcastle equipment, a skim board, and two boogie boards to take with you.
Inside, this two-level home is both cozy and open, offering views of the water through generous windows. There's a fully appointed kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining room table, and a light-filled living room with a new 55-inch Smart TV and an electric fireplace to warm you. Enjoy a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels at the end of the day, and sources of at-home entertainment that include board games, a selection of DVDs, free WiFi, and two additional new Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and the loft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: We spent a couple days here and didn’t want to leave! The house was spacious, comfortable, and the games/books and beautiful view were an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and they provided laundry soap and little bottles of shampoo/body wash which was nice. The neighborhood felt/looked very safe to us. The short walk to the beach was awesome as well.

Summary: we spent 14 days here and loved them all. It is a quiet complex with a beautiful view of the lake. Very close to the beach, though you do have to cross a busy highway. But most of the times it wasn't a big deal and sometimes people will stop for you. The house has lots of extras if you are traveling with a child which was fun for our son. He loved to ride bikes on the beach.

Summary: We were so impressed with this place! Perfect location; the lake is so beautiful and the immediate access to the dock for kayaking was ideal! (The kayaks were awesome.) First floor bedroom has a floor to ceiling sliding glass door to the most gorgeous view of the lake. The walk to the beach is short and so pleasant! And the portion of Rockaway Beach it leads to is just ideal: not crazy crowded, tonnns of beach, beautiful view of the stunning rocks! I walked there every morning. Everything was clean/smooth, and we really enjoyed having the kayaks, beach chairs, and beach toys! PCH is a little noisy but we didn’t notice it once we were inside or even in the back deck/on the lake. It also was easy to cross heading to the beach. We felt like we hit the jackpot on this place, you never know booking from just photos and a description; we were so so happy with it! Great place to rest and recharge as a family.
