6 Bedroom House in Round Hill Village, Zephyr Cove

This family house is nestled in Roundhill Village on 1/3 acre with two vacant lots on each side, which is great for privacy. You can even steal a peak of Lake Tahoe from the kitchen and deck! Our large kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove with 2 ovens, which is great for an eat-in breakfast or dinner. A large side by side refrigerator and dishwasher complete the kitchen. On the deck,​ right outside the kitchen​, there is a BBQ stocked it propane (BBQ utensils are in the drawers right inside the sliding glass door)
The upstairs​ living room is equipped with a 55-inch​ flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth Sony soundbar​ system that can play music from your phone, devices or the TV. There is also a double sided fireplace that is between the living room and the kitchen. This living room also has a pullout​ couch. Extra bedding and pillows are in the built-ins right inside​​e the master bedroom as well as a queen size airmatress in the master closet!
There is also a large downstairs family room that has another large 55 inch tv, Pool Table foosball table and comes with a large bar, complete with a sink, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator.
The Master bedroom has a California king bed with a 37 inch flatscreen TV and two sliding glass doors to the rear deck. There is a Spa-like bathroom connected that boasts a large jetted tub and a large double shower head steam shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a full bathroom right outside the door which is also the main upstairs bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a walk in closet and its own bathroom right outside the door connected to the living room
Bedroom 4 has one twin bed and one set of bunk beds with a bathroom right outside the door
Bedroom 5 has 1 sets of bunk beds and one twin bed. The bathroom is right outside the door between bedroom 4 and 3
The 6th bedroom is the Mother in Law unit which is located on the bottom floor of the house. It has a separate entrance, Queen bed, full bathroom with tub and a kitchenette with a hot plate, kitchen sink, ​microwave​, ​ and a small Refridgerator. It is laid out like a hotel room with a closet, flat screen tv with cable, and its own little deck patio outside the entrance that views to the forest behind the house!

Summary: Close distance to heavenly. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for our extended family to spread out which was balanced with large gathering spaces. Having one room and bathroom on the main floor made it easier for Grandpa with more limited mobility. The majority of the bedrooms are downstairs and the in law suite does require going outside to access.

Summary: The property is amazing for a large group of people. Plenty of space to be together or apart with several areas to sit and chat or watch tv. The in-law suite was perfect for me. It has it's own bathroom, microwave, toaster oven and hotplate. It is on the bottom floor attached to the house. Three decks on the back keep the house accessible from every room. Kevin, our host, was amazing. Prompt responses to our questions and very accommodating with an early and late check out. He also checked in with us after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. This experience is what we always hope for but rarely get when traveling. I look forward to booking here again.

Summary: We are a group of friends that have done a ski trip together for over 30 years. We have stayed many places & this was definitely one of our favorites! The kitchen was well equipped & had plenty of space for us all to gather around while the amateur chef's showed off their skills. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so there was no skiing but we had plenty to do at the house taking advantage of the poker table, pool table, etc. When roads were closed heading out - we called up Kevin and he was easily able to extend us a day so we could travel safely home. We are definitely going to stay here again!

Summary: We had a great stay. Plenty of space and restrooms for everyone, big kitchen, pool table, foosball. Easy drive to South Lake and the Heavenly lifts. We loved it. The owner even bought a high chair for a 9 month old in our group! The home is a little older than it looks in the photos, but that’s pretty typical for rentals in Tahoe. Overall five stars for sure.

Summary: A group of us decided to take a little mini vacation from everyday life and this house did not disappoint! The game room was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed! Kevin the host made sure we had all we needed and made the check in/out process easy. Definitely added to our list of houses to look at for the next time we all decide to go for a little R&R.

Summary: This is an amazing property. I have a group of friends (some of us family) from NCAL, SCAL, Utah, and Florida that try to come to the Tahoe area once a year to hang out, barbecue, play video games, hit the lake, and go to the casinos. We wish we found this place sooner. We had a great time hanging out on the multiple decks, watching movies in the living room, and gaming in the game room. We actually spent more time in the house than expected because we were enjoying our time. It's a great place to connect with old friends. Kevin was wonderful and easy to work with. We'll be renting this place again, I'm sure.
