Summary: This home was amazing and felt so comfortable. Little things you need to make meals were provided, quiet setting, trails, games, and even a hammock to relax in. Would definitely recommend and book this again if I needed to get away.

Summary: Family of 8. 3 adults and 5 kids. Enough space for everyone. The house was as advertised. very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and even tons of spices, etc. Keurig machine had coffee and hot chocolate k-cups which was a great treat for all. Fridge was big and made lots of ice. Plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, and TP as well as clothes and dish cleaning supplies. Always had hot water regardless of how many showered in a row. Great location to hit cripple creek, manitou springs, woodland park, and canon city. Fire pit was great and the tree stump seating adds to the ambiance. Jeff's communication was very responsive. easy check in/out procedures. Internet connection was solid and speedy. I worked a few days out on the porch looking into mountains/trees - awesome view. Lots of streaming options available too. IMPORTANT NOTE - follow driving instructions per Jeff. If coming from Co Springs, don't take the "easternly" route at Divide, but go around north and enter in from the west. You and your mechanic will thank me. Overall, definitely a stay again in a heartbeat (so much cooler than Texas especially in 100+ degrees) and the house needs just a touch of maintenance here and there (master bed fan to be fixed, upstairs bath window to close 100%, and housekeeping could review under sofas/beds a bit better) but nothing that should dissuade you. Lots of extras: pillow scent sprays. high quality shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash

Summary: Where do I start? The location is amazing. Everything we were looking for. Jeff was attentive in every way. Though the GPS sent us thru a rough road, Jeff made it very easy to come and go with His directions. Overall everything was perfect. Looking forward to another adventure in this cabin
