Cabin Retreat is a beautiful vacation cabin with year-round access, nestled in the mountains of Heber City, Utah, only 45 minutes from Park City and the Sundance Film Festival. The cabin is situated within 40 minutes of Robert Redford's Sundance ski resort. Drive 26 minutes to Midway (Swiss Days) and Soldier Hollow where you can enjoy cross country skiing/sledding in the winter & golfing in the summer.
Skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing & much more are only minutes away.
In summertime enjoy many planned summer activities, golfing, water skiing, cool air, hiking, wildlife watching, mountain biking, great fishing in nearby lakes and streams (out of the development). Provo river is some of the best fishing in the nation.
*Due to rules & regulations from the development, the owner NO LONGER allows bringing or riding ATV'S/OHV'S/Snowmobiles & Trailers from or at the cabin.
This cabin is a NON-smoking, NO drinking of alcohols/wines & NO pets of any kind, NO parking on the roads. Do have WiFi INTERNET.

Summary: The cabin was the perfect size for our family. We had plenty of space for everyone, but yet it still felt cozy. When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree set up, which we had not expected. The area felt very remote and private, with all the trees and hills. We would LOVE to come back!

Summary: We gad a family reunion and there was plenty of room, we slept 17 people in cabin and played games with 38. We would rent this cabin again. Everything was great except 2 small issues 1 ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI this made it difficult for people to use their phones because the service area is poor and the other was we had 5 cars and it was difficult to park them all not on the street especially when one vehicle needed to leave other than these two minor inconvenience s it was amazing

Summary: Our close friend’s daughter had her wedding at Timber Moose Lodge and we were looking for a place close to the Lodge. This place was fantastic! Had all the comforts of home and so peaceful and quiet. The host was great to work with and the stay was great.

Summary: The cabin was wonderful with lots of space for our group. My only complaint was the bed in the "master" bedroom off the kitchen was very uncomfortable. Also, the stripping and making up the beds after use is not something you normally want to do on vacation. Other than that we had a great time. Great location.

Summary: My grandsons from age 5-8 were expecting a small cabin in the woods. When they came inside the cabin, they ran from room to room shouting THIS CABIN IS HUGE, we love it. Our family had a wonderful weekend that will be remembered.

Summary: My husband found this cabin on vrbo and we really enjoyed our stay here. We saw wildlife and enjoyed the spacious atmosphere throughout the cabin. We had lots of room to spread out and get comfy. The kids LOVED the ping pong /pool table. The one negative (the only thing and why I gave 4 stars) to us was having all of the cleaning requirements at check out. I mean, I totally get taking out the trash and leaving the place the way you found it but having us strip the sheets and remake all the beds and then empty the dishwasher after putting the last load in was a bit crazy considering we paid $$$ (not allowed to put the amt) for the cleaning fee. We are clean people and have no problem cleaning up after ourselves but that's a steep cleaning fee. The window sills and blinds were really dusty and definitely needed a good cleaning. Overall, we all had a great time and made some wonderful memories. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
