Deer Country Log Cabin is tastefully decorated with antiques and rustic touches but has all the modern conveniences of today. This cabin sleeps 8-10 and is equipped with satellite TV, gas fireplace, screened porch and much more. Come stay with us in the valley and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and wildlife as you relax at our cabins. No smoking will be permitted inside the cabin.

Summary: The property was very clean. We had 9 people who fit comfortably. We had Thanksgiving for our Marine from Camp Lejeune and enjoyed the quiet nights by campfire just catching up on lost time. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax away from city life.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the ease of being an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. The only thing we would want to change is that the Wifi was very slow, so not an ideal piece to work from.

Summary: Enjoyed our time in the cabin. Loved how close we were to the small towns in the Shenandoah and the beautiful mountains. Got to do everything we wanted!

Summary: Easy access with keyless entry code. Cozy atmosphere. We had pest issues with swarming bumblebees at the front door all afternoon. There were at least 4-5 of them at once which made it quite difficult to get in and out- literally hovering right in front of the door (scared kids had to be use back porch door). Would recommend screened-in porch for future renters’ peace of mind. Trash was easy but would recommend recycling option too- we took ours home.

Summary: We had a quiet, relaxing time at the cabin. Quiet but not too far from town. We enjoyed the front porch and screened in back porch. Hikes at skyline drive and ate at good restaurants and brewery. Appreciated that cabin was dog friendly
