We are located in the Northwest peak of PA that closely boarders the New York State line. Our property is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing time catching up with family or friends in a beautiful wooded area full of wild life.
Like a little adventure and fun? We are conveniently located 3 miles from Blueberry Golf Course and 6 miles from Cable Hollow Golf Course which both are open to the public.
Prefer a day on the water boating or fishing? We are close to 3 boat launching areas to access the Kinzua Reservoir. Roper Hollow Boat Ramp (9 miles), Webbs Ferry Boat Ramp (7.5 miles) or Onoville Marina (12 miles). Please research each access point to see which one suits your needs.
Other things of interest in the area include, National Comedy Center, Lucile Ball Museum, Chautauqua Institute and Chautauqua Lake, Audubon Community Nature Center, Southern Tier Brewing Company and much more

Summary: If your looking for a beautiful cabin in the woods this is the ideal place to stay. Very relaxing and the pictures don't do the property justice. Much nicer in person. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Before we left we received an email saying “keys to your stay”. However, the information in the email did not contain the code for the keypad to get into the cabin. Cell reception is very poor there (no surprise, we’re in the mountains after all). However, this made it nearly impossible to get ahold of the property manager to get the entry code. After MANY attempts, we finally got through and got a 1-time use code. He said he would send out another email with the code, but we never got that email either and therefore could not leave the cabin without having someone stay behind to let us back in. (We we’re afraid to leave the cabin unlocked and unattended because there was an escaped convict, considered armed and dangerous, in the area). There were 3 televisions in the cabin, but we were not able to use any of them at any time because there was never a strong enough signal for anything including Netflix and Hulu. Finally, one of the main reasons we chose this property was for the hot tub that was advertised. However, when we got there, we found a “hot” tub filled with very cold, dirty water and the control panel was covered over with duct tape. Several times we messaged the host about this, but did not get any response - even to this day! We paid a lot of money for this cabin and the amenities listed, but we were not able to use many of them. Therefore, we were very disappointed in our stay there.

Summary: Awesome place to stay! Location and cabin are gorgeous! We spent some PRICELESS time with our adult children. Thank you SO much. We will visit again. Hopefully hot tub will be working, but even without we enjoyed tremendously =)

Summary: Perfectly peaceful cabin in country setting for a family gathering to ring in the New Year! Everything you could possibly need within this VRBO, large dining room table was perfect for playing cards, board games, even the traditional complicated puzzle! Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and plenty of wood to keep the fireplaces (total of 3) roaring, if you so desired. This is the first rental where we came prepared with all of those items, and never needed any of them! We were informed the morning of our arrival, by the owner, that the indoor hot tub was not working and couldn't be used during our stay. Kind of a disappointment, but totally understand. Things happen and it's out of one's control. May even want to consider removing the indoor hot tub and putting a double or queen size bed in that room and or even a bunk bed with a full/queen mattress on the bottom. Hence, creating additional sleeping space for a couple with children. Our group consisted of 6 adults of which 2 of those adults being elderly, and each having their own bed on the main floor so as not to do stairs. The only downside for us was that due to poor broadband and internet connection in the area, I didn't receive the pertinent information regarding check in (codes, password for WI FI, Etc.,) and check out procedures. Typically, there is at least a binder with all of this information located within the rental. Highly recommend a backup brochure or information binder with these instructions within the rental for future rentals. Just left a bit of miscommunication and confusion on my end. Would definitely recommend this location and we are looking forward to possibly renting Dec 2023/Jan 1, 2024, for another New Year's Family gathering!!

Summary: This was exactly the property we were looking for. Its very peaceful and quiet. This house was well appointed and had everything you would need. Not to mention it was beautiful. There were 9 of us adults and there was plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this house to others.
