Start with your own pair of slippers at the entrance. Then perhaps a GreenTea from the Keurig (single serve coffee/ tea/hot chocolate maker). Or just a bottled water and a light snack. These all await your arrival.
Your private suite has 3 bedrooms with Queen size ‘Beauty Rest’ mattresses and Hotel quality bed linens. Additionally, the bedrooms have large closets and enough shelving to unpack and stay awhile. A comfy swivel chair to relax in and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own Smart TV and a “Fandelier”.
A spacious Mediterranean inspired bathroom with walk-in shower, private “potty room” double vanity-sinks and soft, fluffy towels at the ready. Hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/ soap. Washer and dryer with laundry soap/ dryer sheets, iron and ironing board for your personal use.
A full-size kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Quartz counters and cooking equipment such as the basic pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, serving platters. Plates, bowls, utensils and glassware. Plates and cups for the little ones too. Olive oil, pan-spray, salt and pepper provided.
The family room with fireplace on remote and curved Smart TV ready for your apps. The dining area seats 6. Plus a Graco booster/ highchair if you are bringing a little one.
There’s a desk/ computer area with USB ports and WIFI on the house. USB & Electrical hubs in each bedroom.
For a small additional charge, the suite has items for the little ones: (Graco ‘Pack and Play’ and highchair/ booster, child plates, cups and utensils, step stool and toys available in the closets) with beautiful surroundings for you to relax in. Sit and enjoy the patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the fountain, during the warmer seasons. Or make snow-Angels in the winter months and then come in for some hot chocolate by the fireplace. Tons of light, a huge yard for the kids to play in or use the connected gate-access to the elementary school’s playground when the school kids are not using. Or if you prefer, within a 5- minute walk out the back gate, head over to the community pool area and let the kids enjoy the kiddie pool or the “Swirly Slide” for the bigger ones for the afternoon while maintaining pool/lifeguard Guidelines.
Miscellaneous: For your safety and peace of mind, this home is equipped with self-check-in, Smart front door lock (each guest’s combination is changed out per visit), Radon Mitigator, fire extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide detectors, smoke alarms and light activated cameras that record motion upon entry and exit of the property.

Or just chill and make dinner for the evening. Sprouts (organic grocers) and King Soopers (general grocers) a few minutes’ drive just up the road.
Coloradans are an outdoorsy and sport minded group, so all the outdoor and sports you can take in are available throughout the year. Museums, the Zoo, all in Denver, Garden of the Gods in The Springs and of course winter sports! Drive to Vail in just 2 hours, Beaver Creek in under 2.5 hours.
