Sun-filled home within a bike ride to a private beach community with gorgeous marsh views and access to a private dock. Four bedroom, two full bath, 1900 sq foot split level. The main floor consists of kitchen/dining area, with a large, sunny family room with sectional and tv. Upper level has three bedrooms (one queen, two twins and a bunk room) and a full bath. Lower level has one queen bedroom, living room with tv, and bathroom with laundry and shower (perfect for a caretaker or visiting parents). Patio with outdoor furniture set, grill and many other amenities. Canoe, two tandem, and two single kayaks available for use. 1 family stay only.

Summary: Everything from checking in an extending many courtesies. There was a hurricane right before our stay. Brian and Jennifer graciously let us extend our stay so we would have even more time there. So nice. I can not say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality extended. Every possible thing you would need was available. The property was beautiful and met our every need. I would highly recommend this for a wonderful beach stay.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in Old Saybrook. Property was perfect for our family. House was well equipped and spacious. Kayaks and lawn games were a brilliant addition. Location on the salt marsh idyllic. Beautiful views and sunsets and only a few minutes to the beach. Would definitely highly recommend.
