Summary: I had major surgery and needed rest to recovery. My mom and I stayed here for 5 days and had a very nice time. Nancy the Manager was wonderful. She checked on us and made sure we were ok. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here

Summary: We chose Au Sable for our first family vacation because our daughter loves the beach. She was in the water pretty much the whole time and had a blast. My mother and i spent the weekend baking in the sun with books which was wonderful. The location was perfect, quiet but also close enough to town for quick trips. Went kayaking and looked at beautiful largo springs. Only complaint is the shower was way too small and the water temperature was awful.

Summary: Location is amazing! It's so relaxing to be so close to the waves of Lake Huron. Beach is nice...the sunrise is beautiful. My second time staying and certainly won't be my last! The cabin was clean and cozy! Everything that you need is there! Beds are comfy too! Hosts Tim and Nancy are awesome!

Summary: Wonderful UpNorth getaway for 3 lifelong friends. Small, rustic, cozy, clean, convenient on the shores of beautiful Lake Huron. Hosts Tim and Nancy were cordial and accommodating. Work crew doing property improvements were friendly and helpful. Will return for another stay for sure.

Summary: Cottage was super cute! It was clean. Tim and Nancy thought of everything you could need. I was relaxed and have a lovely time. the views were amazing!!! It was a bit cold but hey it happens...it's Michigan!! Will definitely stay again soon!!
