Summary: We loved our stay at this home. Unfortunately, when we arrived the cleaners had not cleaned this property since the last renters, so we had a bit more work to do after our travel day, but a conversation with the rental manager quickly offered a solution to this problem that was agreeable to everyone. The kitchen helped us efficiently feed our group of 10 and the location helped us enjoy all the locations in the area we had on our itinerary. We would definitely stay in this location again for the value and we’re grateful it was available for this stay.

Summary: Granted, it was a last minute trip, we booked the house less than 24 hours before we checked in, but had a ton of issues with the August app they use for check in. Hours after initial contact about not receiving the link to download the app, and trying to contact multiple ways...call/text/VRBO message and being over 1.5 hours into the drive we finally received the link to get into the house. Upon arrival, at dark, zero security or night lighting at the walkway or entryway to the house. Not ideal for a house/neighborhood/city, I had never been to and having my young family with me. Once inside house was spacious and clean. Fenced in back yard is especially nice since they do allow pets.
