Summary: The only Bathroom flooded on first night stay. Only stayed 1 night. Informed the property manager as well as the owmer that we would be leaving but was charged for entire stay. Still trying to get refunded for the nights we didnt stay.

Summary: Beautiful view, but not central to much by walking. Make sure you have a good car (preferably 4WD) because it is a steep hill although paved. And you are walking up steps to third floor. A few more utensils (like a scissor) in the kitchen would be nice. Overall, a nice quiet/safe & economical rental.

Summary: Pablo & Leo were wonderful at communicating right the booking confirmation and during the stay. The family below have been extremely kind and helpful. The apt is extremely wonderful and exceeded expectations on what to expect when coming to Costa Rica for the 12th time. Now in a 1br apt on the same property and is quiet lovely in its way. Thank you so far for an amazing stay and look forward to the same level of service to the weeks ahead.

Summary: We checked in and out in less than an hour. The apartment looks just like the photos, it was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean. The host was willing to be flexible with an early check-in which I greatly appreciated but due to traffic we did not arrive early. The apartment is located on the incline of a mountain but it is not on the steepest part; however, it is steep nonetheless. When you get through the gate, you have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk your bags up the hill then proceed up 2 flights of stairs and 1 ramp on the 3rd floor. The host did not want to help us with our bags but I kept insisting. As ladies we had multiple bags and we wanted to avoid multiple trips from the car to the apartment. He finally helped with one bag. When we got inside we noticed there was AC in the living room and portable fans in the closets. One bedroom is a loft and the bathroom is downstairs. The logistics of this place made me book a hotel room. After a long day of travel I couldn’t imagine going up and down the stairs, hill, and mountain multiple times a day for multiple days. So I booked a hotel and knocked on the host’s door to return the keys. This is possibly completely doable for a twenty something year old person or someone who only packed a backpack but fo us we just wanted to relax.

Summary: Very nice neighborhood in a typical Costa Rica environment. One enjoys an authentic Costa Rica Experience. Would stay again!! Carolina the property manager is very helpful and kind. Carolina was always available to help us and providing very good informayion about the area. JUST GREAT111111

Summary: Que lindo! This is a wonderful loft and my grandson and I loved it. The decor very cool. The view from the balcony is amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet. Carolina is very lovely; she waited for us, because our plane was late. We arrived well after dark and were exhausted and hungry. Carolina suggested a restaurant and brought a menu. The food was delivered and it was some of the best food we've eaten during the whole trip. The only problem we had was finding no paper towels or cleaning products for the kitchen, and we had to clean up after our meal as best we could. There were cloth towels in the laundry room, but they'd been used for something else and I wasn't sure if their intended purpose was for cleaning the bath or the kitchen. I'd definitely stay here again.
