Our cleaning staff attacks germs with a one two, three punch!
First they give our home a thorough cleaning using powerful eco-friendly cleaners.
Second they bring in one of their special ozone generators and/or a special fogger to go after any hidden germs.

-Great news! As of Fall 2019, I am now supplying bed linens and bath towels/wash clothes to all of my guests for no extra charge. Disregard any old reviews that state otherwise. My guests have been requesting them, so I listened and am now supplying them!

At Saw Creek Estates, you can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 lakes, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, meeting rooms, the Two Restaurants atop the development, and many events for everyone. Summary: The stay was peaceful, enjoyable and overall a good time. Only few things that need improvement were the cleanliness of the floors (needs a deep cleaning) and the grille was all sticky. The main shower was awesome and so was the living room space, and pool area. It was all a perfect fit for our weekend event!

Summary: First of all, the host was fantastic to deal with. Pleasant. Responsive. Helpful. Always wanting to make our stay better. The home was as described in the listing. No surprises. Worked out as the perfect home base for our brothers golf trip. Didn't even bother to go out to eat. Cooked in. All appliances worked. Gas grill worked (Just bring foil or a grill pan for the bbq. The grates were in pretty "used" condition). House was well stocked. Things I'd bring: Ice or ice trays if you need it. Foil. Bathroom and kitchen soaps. Kitchen towel, paper towels, and spray cleaner. Round coffee filters That kind of stuff. Only thing I'd say is that the house could use a few pieces of furniture in the bedrooms. No dressers. No night stands. Nothing to rest your luggage on. Not a huge deal, we made it work. I have to comment on some of the staff that worked the entrance gates of the community. We ran into a couple that were nasty, unreasonable, uncaring, and completely unhelpful. Causing a bit of a problem a few times. But this has absolutely nothing to do with our host or his property we stayed at. So please don't leave a negative review on him. He was helpful in resolving the issues we had with those people. One woman was completely obnoxious. In the end, all good though.

Summary: My friends and I stayed here during our prom weekend and it was such a great stay we nicknamed it “the awesome house” there were plenty of beds, a lot of room to hang out and overall had a great atmosphere. Very great option for the price!

Summary: I was embarrassed with the condition of the house when I arrived. The walls were scratched and had damage and stains all over. If that was all I wouldnt have left a sincere review but in addition to it, the floors were in really bad shape. In one of the rooms a whole piece of vinyl tile is flat out not attached to the floor, completely loose, and they "fixed it" by putting a rug over it. Some of the outside chairs were damaged and no one bothered to take them out, so they're just there rotting away. There's a boiler in plain view being "covered" by a single foldable door that's just standing by itself. No walls, nothing to support it. That's a hazard if you bring small children. There are parts of the house omitted in the pictures. One or two of the fans are somehow missing one or two blades. Overall, I split the costs of this trip with the guests, and was embarrassed by the lodging experience I selected for them. Would not go to this particular place again. There was also a random mattress that was "portable" on the floor. It was just there like a dog's bed. Dan was great though. Quick to answer questions, quick to respond in every way.

Summary: It was a very peaceful stay. However just wish there would be drapes in the living room for all the glass doors. But other then that the house was clean and peaceful.
